Obviously we are in deep do do in Afghanistan.
NoBo doesn’t know what he’s doing and Biden is probably advising that the Surge won’t work, in this case the mini-surge. O’Bumble doesn’t have what it takes to prosecute a war so I’ve been advocating for a while to get out of Afghanistan. I know that means defeat but under this guy we will lose anyway. Better to save some soldier’s life and schedule monthly Tomahawk Missile attacks to keep the Islamic Terrorists weak.

Thanks, Noz. I’ve realized after posting here for a while that there are certain ones who will not give an inch even if they are wrong. I just assume they are either paid bloggers, can’t comprehend what’s happening, or have been brainwashed by the hope and change effect.
The point of my posts was to bring to light the fact that the WH has yet to say ‘he (McChrystal) is lying’ when he says Obama was “unprepared” and “uninvolved”. If anything is going to ‘disrupt’ our war effort, as Obama claims, it would be the very fact that he WAS indeed “unprepared” and “uninvolved”. Our enemies see that those words were spoken, but have not been refuted (how’s that, Skip). So, which is worse? A General who has been doing his job to the best of his ability, and simply made an error in judgement when speaking OR a commander in chief who is unprepared and uninvolved? Shouldn’t be that hard to decide that one.

You are interchanging the words ‘rebuke’ and ‘refute’. Usually when right-wingers do this it’s because they’re intentionally engaging in wordplay for propaganda purposes, however even if it was an honest mistake I think the only people who took the General’s vitriol literally enough to expect the WH to offer a counter-explanation are those actively seeking disparagement.

Skip, the WH did not rebuke McChrystal’s comments AS FALSE just because they accepted his resignation. He had to resign because he made comments about the commander in chief. PERIOD. The same would happen in almost any workplace if someone spoke ill of their boss, and it was revealed VERY publicly. That STILL does not mean his comments were FALSE. You would think that Mr. Obama would come out and say that although McChrystal has a right to his “opinion”, his assessment of that meeting was incorrect. But he hasn’t. No one in the WH has.

this just goes to show everyone that if you try to have a voice in this country You will be taken down. The Obama administration fired him because of his disrespect for the chain of command? how many regular americans hate their boss? This is an outrage that this has happened, the question is what can we do about it? As people, as americans? the moment someone speaks up… they are “dealt with” this country has completely turned to crap. so yea just put Bushs choice in charge, we all know how successful those ideas turned out to be
