Our headliners this morning were House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., and House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio.

I started by asking the House leaders about President Obama's request Saturday night for $50 billion in emergency spending to help state and local governments. The Washington Post has more on this HERE.
