Once we clean house/senate and replace the bloated bigwigs with (hopefully) responsible REPRESENTATIVES, we impose term limits on both houses limiting them to 2 terms only. We found that this works well in most states governors office and the POTUS position. The position of Congressman was not originally intended to be a career move.
