The office of civil rights is a joke. I believe the government needs to privitized these offices and have attorneys allegated with a certain amount of money, like they do doctors with health insurance, and a commission, like worker’s comp commission, to hear these cases. They way things are done is a waste of tax payer’s money. These agencies are control by individuals who tell them let this case past or through this one out. Evidence means nothing. Especially the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights. I know of a case when they had videos of a student being discriminated against and the school staff admitted yet they said not enough evidence. The schools don’t fear them. They laugh at them. While we pay.

What really bothers me about this is—-if there wee white men standing with sticks dressed in militia-like outfits ranting slurs to black voters,,,you had better believe it would be all over the news and the DOJ would try the case with all the media fanfare. Classic reverse racism

ABC News has become a joke along with CBS and NBC. MSNBC is total propoganda and pathetic. CNN and FOX are the only two remaining agencies that do their best to report the REAL NEWS. Yes, Fox leans to the right in their opinion shows and CNN leans left in their opinion shows but both of these organizations do a pretty good job or reporting the news. It amazes me that the former majors along with MSNCB just flat out fail to report what is going on in our country, delete the news, or flat out lie in their reporting of incidents such as the Arizona Immigration law. Pathetic Jokes. I will continue to watch Fox, MSNBC and CNN because I like the variety but what is funny (ashame) is that you will see pretty much EVERYTHING on Fox, even the left leaning stories you see on MSNBC or CNN as they show most everything. The others thow simply fail to show what they don’t want to show and that is not journalism or news by any means.

this is news because of the leak, not the speculation that fox put out
this serious issue needs investigation not speculation by fox “news” freaks with the GOP agenda of pushing fear and hatred,, not unlike the new black panther party, hmmm?!!?! (like how i tied that in?)
i’m not a mega-fan of obama nor do i really think the media is just kissing his ass, and it’s really ridiculous and amazing to me for people to not be able to see that fox new, albeit private, is a propaganda machine for the right wing,

Favors Hamas over Israel, HB 1388, and allows Iran to get nuclear weapons)
and I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Christian or a Jew.

Sense I’m hispanic, if for one reason or another I had to defend myself against the Panthers voting time, and get arrested, can I sue the Federal Government for Racial Profiling?
After all it’s a violation of civil rights, voting, or I can say they’re harrassing me for being Hispanic, in union with SB1070.
