Matt Bai argues that Obama is the best positioned President in decades to bridge Democrat’s divide over deficits and debt. Suggests too that Obama’s debt commission will only get something done if GOP takes at least one House in November.  Right about that, I think.  But likely doesn’t square with Karl Rove’s growth agenda.
