Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush has been quietly raising his political profile in recent months, something we took a look at earlier this week. Read it here.

Bush did a lot to end speculation about why he was raising his profile during a visit to Kentucky.

After his appearance at a fundraiser for GOP Senate candidate Rand Paul Monday night and
before a speech in Louisville Tuesday to the National Conference of State Legislatures,
Bush told a local TV crew pretty clearly: “I am
not running for President.”
