Obama’s midterm messaging will work to bring more and more independents to their senses. Every thirty years or so this nation needs a lurch to the left to remind itself how a policy of taxing and spending never works. Keep up the “messaging”, Mr. President. Please.

It seems like too late of a date to be hitting back at the GOP; that makes for far too blatant and cynical messaging as the 2010 elections quickly approach. Furthermore, people remember Obama’s earlier and frequent calls to bipartisanship, and few people find dissonant messaging persuasive.
I don’t think there’s going to be a GOP landslide as suggested because of the contrast with the previous eight years. People perhaps need to be reminded of improvements, rather than being repeatedly subjected to the “business as usual” partisan attacks.
My postings tend to reflect that of the disgruntled progressive and because of that, can become overly sarcastic at and perhaps critical at times. I don’t think it’s a voting block that should continue to be minimized and especially marginalized, which has been done on occasions by the administration.

Ron Brownstein-Republican Whitehouse Correspondent;Reiham Salam-Conservative political writer; Ruth Marcus-Writer, right wing disposed; George Will-Right Wing extremist; Obama Hater.
Also the questions were more rhetorical, especially the first question to George Will; answer was predictable!!
This is typical of ABC Bashing Democrats, especially Obama! NO MENTION of republican 21 filibusters and threats to block ALL Obama initiatives. This program is promoting a Republican takeover of Congress, etc.
