The debt alone is enough to spell trouble for the democrats. Just ask a democrat how interest only payments can resolve the debt?
Just ask a democrat how we can keep paying the interest on the debt with borrowed money (41 cents on the dollar is borrowed)?
Just ask a democrat how even if they were to reduce the deficit it could help when the debt is not being reduced?
Just point out to a democrat that credit card minimum payment standards would require a $520 billion payment on the debt in 2010.
Just point out to a democrat that even zero deficits and payments of $520 billion each year could not resolve the current debt until beyond 2060.
Just ask a democrat if they have ever voted for a budget that added to the national debt?
Just ask a democrat, or republican, if pork spending is wise considering that 41 cents of every dollar is borrowed?

The spend and spend philosophy of the Dems, always throws them out, sooner or later. Then the GOP has to correct for all of that overspending.
The common man needs to stop looking for a handout, and look at who provides opportunity in jobs, and the long term well-being.
While neither party is ideal, the Dems cause more harm, than they do good.

Maybe repuglicans should remember who actually created the national debt in the first place? President Clinton left a surplus which quickly disappeared under the bush taxcuts for the wealtiest Americans.

Well, the “Dumbo”crats are the ones in power NOW and the debt is not going down. It is going up because of liberal social programs.
As to the Clinton administration creating a surplus, who controlled both houses of Congress at that time? The Republicans. Why? Clinton’s economic policies were no different than Obanma’s and the public voted for a Republican Congress to block them. Because Clinton’s policies were blocked, there was a surplus.

People would have to ignorant to ever let republicans back in control. They’ll turn what jobs are left into cr**. You want your jobs back throw the trade barriers up and republicans out of office. Ask republican Senator Mitch McConnell where the jobs went. His Chinese wife was the bushco secretary of labor.

You might like to know what else the republican congress and senate done back then. They robbed the United States of its helium reserves. They robbed the wealth right out from under the feet of the people in the Plains States. Look for an article called, “Worlds helium supply may be gone in 30 years”. If you have children these reserves will be gone in their lifetime. You want to fix this throw republicans out of office.

Ok I get it… The Democrat response to the Republicans changing the direction of the country…. FINE!
But hitting the gas and speeding up to the edge of the cliff while screaming “Yee-haw!” isn’t exactly a demonstration of fiscal sanity either!!!
You have to turn the car around, if you want a different end result… NOT hit the gas!!! Hell-O!!!

Charles Stanley-Turning The Tide (still available for viewing on YouTube) is a July 4th message against our nation’s turn toward socialism that should be viewed by every citizen regardless of political or religious persuasion.
Dr. Stanley does not tell us who to vote for but clearly nails our fall into the pit.

Look anyone with a brain a desire for the truth and access to a computer can investigate the cause of the mess. It was clearly caused by the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mack. The demos refused to regulate them they collapsed and they dragged the housing, banking,Wall Street and ins companies with them. Obama and the DEMOS did that all by them selves even as Bush And McCain warned everyone it would happen with our the regulation. So the Demos have had power of congress for three years and the presidency for two years they were in power when the mess started and they have made the mess even worse than it was. So of course lucid non brain dead Americans will vote them out of office. The brain dead’s will always continue to support Obama even if the USA slide into the ocean.

hey Rick McDaniel: Are you one of those brain dead’s? Clinton never left a surplus it was a projected fake number that meant nothing because it never happened. And it was the GOP congress that gave us the surplus and the Balanced Budget because Presidents can’t do that moron only congress can do that. Second the Deficit you speak of was 5.3 trillion only 34 % of the GDP which is exactly what it was under most presidents of the past 40 years. Now it is kind of stupid to bring uo deficits when it is OBAMA that has a 15 trillion deficit 100% of the GDP the highest ever in the history of the USA and a 1.4 trillion dollar budget.

It is almost funny to see the horror and distain and sadness in the faces of the media people when they have to report bad news about their GOD Obama. It is like watching a soap opera were the villain is dying but everyone is sure he is the hero until they read the letter of his confessions and they all feel used and betrayed and can not bring themselves to accept they were such complete morons.
