There is nothing wrong with looking at immigration reform but only after the border is closed not allowing the drug runners,the killer cartels, the human trafficking criminals and the gun runners are stopped for good and do not cause life or death situation on the Mexican border or into the U.S.A.Think about it.

whats the point of people waiting to be legal in this country if you can just break the law and come here and get legal status any way. we can just be another third world country. all the big company loves illegal immigrant because they buy all there products and the company gets bigger profit. illegal causes inflation and drains the school system and the health care. taxation without representation. how about you pay no tax and you get no representation

Arereally Illegals taking jobs from Americans? thats really a joke. To those people who blame illegals for taking a job just ask any farmer across the country why they have to hire illegals or who else is going to cook your dishes, mop floors, clean toilets, clean your home, even in construction jobs there isn’t enough people to do those kind of jobs. I could understand the frustration in places like the midwest, Ohio or Michigan areas hit by the closing of manufacturing industries, but don’t blame on illegals because you got laid off from GM after working many years making $30+ an hour; but now they expect to do the same in areas like construction without the proper experience, You simple don’t have the skills, learn, go to school, start making less then you will most likely get hired, but don’t blame illegals for taking your job, Your previous job went to China or India, and don’t expect to get paid $30 right away for cleaning a toilet or putting sheet rock.

Rupert: If you are so pro immigration…how come your station bashes illegal immigrants daily. No one there comes forward and defends the immigrants and yet here you are at a meeting stating that you as an immigrant think there is a place for them here? It kind of contradicts what we hear on Fox. I happen to agree that we need immigrants but legal ones and those who refuse to become citizens should be made to return home. You have a station which lambasts this president 24- 7 …you could take some of that time and give immigration a boost if you are really for some kind of program.

Is Rupert Murdock a citizen? I don’t think so, but the Supreme Court will back his political statements anyway because he’s a corporation. Murdock ought to keep is fat trap shut!

Aliens, legal or illegal, take jobs
Americans could use. Few of the jobs
that left the country will ever come back. With jobs here, there
might be less crime. Aliens are often tax users. We have millions too many now.Seems to be more crime and division in countries that have a lot of aliens from one source. Example, In Japan, it’s the Koreans who do the crime. Best to get rid of them. If we paid young married couples to have more children, our schools would be better and we would have less crime.

hmm, Anybody can go to college, as long as you have the $$$ to pay for it. No financial aid for illegals is not a problem for me…work three jobs and pay for your education like I did,. Go into the military, and then, maybe you can be a citizen. You might have earned it then.

I find it odd that he would make these statements on immigration reform when his station 24-7 talks the exact opposite. If you listen to the guys who work at Fox..all you hear is about the immigrants taking jobs, ruining the country and not being able to speak English…it seem totally opposite to his statement before the committee. Maybe he should listen to his station once in awhile. I know he knows they bash Obama and the democrats because be misunderstood the women at the confrerence and thougt she said anti democratic and he said you are welcome here and she corrected him and said she is anti immigration. He is such a phoney and is station is doing more harm to this country than anyone will ralize for some years to come. They have enabled the tea party people to become more influential with little or no creditability. they will be sorry also because the tea party is not or republicans as such..they are for themselves so Hannity better watch out…it may backfire on him and I hope it does.

When Mr Bloomberg states that it would be too costly, and near impossible to get the Est. 12 million illegal immigrants out of this country, is nothing more than his own personal propaganda.
There are already laws in the U.S. that need only to be enforced. With a few simple directives provided by “The Government’s Judical Leadership, and supported by the Government officials.
An example: As of January 1, 2011, any and all persons who have entered the U.S. thru illegal means, or those who ignored their time stays, and any other people who are not a legal citizen of the U.S., with legal proof required: Are hereby “NOTIFIED” by the U.S. Justice Department, that 12 months from the !/!/2011 date, you will be free to leave this country, at your own expense. The deadline will be mid-night December 31, 2011. No exceptions will be honored by the U.S. Justice Department.
For those illegally here after the deadline of 12/31/2011, an open warrent for arrest’s to begin will be instituted. Upon those arrests, anyone who is caught, will be expelled from this country, after proper identification procedures, with “NO CHANCE” of any re-entry status what-so-ever. PERIOD!
This Country can do this. This Country has a legal right to protect its borders. This Country has the right to arrestand convict anyone who breaks these laws. SAYING IT CAN’T BE DONE is not a true statement. Getting the Government to enforce these laws is where the real problem lies. They chose to obey laws that pleases their personal agendas, as if there is a choice of obeying, or ignoring. Many chose to ignore.
