Obama: Rahm Emanuel Be an “Excellent Mayor”

ABC News' Sunlen Miller reports: President Obama says his Chief of Staff would be an excellent mayor, should he decide to leave the White House to run for the mayor of Chicago. In a wide-ranging interview with ABC”s George Stephanopoulos this morning on Good Moring America Mr. Obama said that while Rahm Emanuel has not made up his mind yet, but he would be a terrific candidate. “I think he would be an excellent mayor. He is an excellent chief of staff. I think right now, as long as he is in the White House, he is critically focused on making sure that we're creating jobs for families around the country and rebuilding our economy,” Obama said, “And you know, the one thing I've always been impressed with about Rahm is that when he has a job to do, he focuses on the job in front of him. And so my expectation is, he'd make a decision after these midterm elections. He knows that we've got a lot of work to do. But I think he'd be a terrific mayor. ” Emanuel has not been coy about his aspirations to one day one for mayor of his home city. Chicago Mayor Daly on Tuesday announced that he would not seek reelection. Read President Obama’s full interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos. -Sunlen Miller

“Emanuel has not been coy…”
Obama’s un-coy ballet dancer – there’s a metaphor in there somewhere at least as good as his own cherished “car-in-the-ditch” shtick.

“Excellent Mayor” – Chicago Definition – A man or woman but preferably a man who knows no moral constraints, who terrorizes and squashes opponents by whatever means possible, who governs by and for the good of the corrupt entrenched powers of the city of Chicago.
FYI, Chicago is an old Indian word which translated means – Democrat Dwelling of Corruption and Despair. or the alternate – Anti Personal Freedom Center.

Now that Obama has endorsed him does he stand a chance of winning? For that matter if he were unopposed and Obama endorsed him, would he win?

Thank you President Obama. Your strong endorsement of Rahm Emanuel eliminates any doubt that he is a member of the corrupt socialist aristocracy in this country.

A dual citizen who served in the Israel army… I think the voters may reconsider…. However if you liked corrupt Daley, then well you DESERVE “Rahmbo.”

Rahm is doing great work in his present position.
There is no reason to give up an honest job for being the shady mayor of a corrupt city.

“Emanuel be an excellent mayor?” If this headline is correct, Obama sure isn’t so eloquent with the TelePrompTer off, is he?

Anywhere but in Washington.

Obama should resign and run for mayor of Chicago. Emanuel can be his chief persecutor. Biden whould become president and he’s so mentally challenged he would probably wind up doing all of the right things by accident thereby solving all our troubles and becoming a hall of fame president.
