Challenge: If someone adds up all the losers who tried to buy an election, plus the millions that came in and see how that money could have fed, clothed and house people who are without work --- I mean if they had invested in green energy businesses and put people back to work -- how many jobs could have been created by all the money the GOP has spent on this mid-term election. Someone do the math!
Can't you? Do the math, that is.

Steve_Nj...if you want to read about how "conservatives really believe and work" read Thomas Frank's book "The Wrecking Crew: How Conservatives Work". It will paint a very clear picture of this cynical group of people that will totally help you understand their "machinations" over the past two years. Suffice it to say. They are not afraid to be cynical or shy when it comes to lying and being totally hypocritical.
If you want to see a Democrats point of view, bend over and insert your head into your ass.

Nearly every serious economist has weighed in that the Stimulus did create jobs. You can argue whether or not it was highly efficient. You can argue whether or not it was executed with any competence. But you can't deny it created jobs - unless you're Sessions and choose to say what you know some people want to hear and not say the truth.
Actually, where is the proof that it "created" jobs? All they use is "Jobs Saved", when there's no proof for either!!! It's like testing an experiment with no control!

Latest report from Bloomberg says the country made a nice return on the investments - more than investing in Treasury Bonds. And yes, the stimulus did create jobs and prevent more jobs from being lost. However, I think we should have put more into the country's infrastructure and into education. It takes longer to get a return but it has the best chance for a greater return to all citizens of our country.
9.6%, "seasonally adjusted".

9.6%, again. Job creation? There goes that argument. Government jobs, maybe.
LOL. People check all the wrong facts.
"Stimulus BAD VERY VERY BAD...ummmmmmcan I have a few million for my friends????"
As I agree with the above! Let the Democrats spend it ALL, so we know where to accurately point the fingers!!! "Last Two Years" = "False Hope & Loose Change"
