ABC's Z. Byron Wolf reports: Conservatives are crowing about the 2010 Midterm results. Sarah Palin called it an earthquake and Rand Paul called it a Tea Party tidal wave. And Rep. Michelle Bachmann, the founding member of the Tea Party caucus in the House, told Rick Klein on ABC News Now’s live coverage that she will teach weekly “Constitution classes” in Congress next year. She compared these to classes that football players take to bone up on plays before a game. Bachmann said she’ll invite Supreme Court Justices as guest lecturers. Odds are she will not invite the liberal judges. More generally on the election, Bachmann said she hopes the President learns a lesson too. "Will the president take a lesson away from tonight? This is a profound repudiation of his policies,” she said.
