He’s been President for 2 years now: if you’re liberal and continue to believe Barack Obama stands behind all your principles and is the savior of the progressive movement, or conservative and are still clinging to the caricature of him as a “Socialist Marxist anti-American terrorist sympathizer”…it’s about time both sides of the aisle grow up:

Yeah, yeah. I should’ve cut the Klein quote after the part about Howard Dean. Although he was Gore’s campaign manager, and Gore did win the popular vote despite his sighing during debates and persona as a stiffneck.
Shockingly, Jamie Dimon is all smiles (“Great news!) Kidding on the shockingly.
Like I said, I’m agnostic on it. I’m interested in results. Is the left mostly upset or are reactions mixed?

Daley’s main work on the Gore campaign seems to have been to counsel Gore to give up. I’m not sure that your attempt to draw a contrast with that is all that effective, Alyson.

Jake CENSORS the fact that Daley was a lobbyist for Fannie Mae, and made millions. According to Jake, Daley is a hardworking teller who cashes the checks of the blue collar middle class.
Jake Tapper has jumped the shark. He is auditioning for VP press secretary job.

I’m not sure Jake really captures the response from the left as a whole with a quote from one group.

They are the same guy. I’m agnostic on Daley as COS, but I will say the Daleys have a good record when it comes to actually getting things done.

It seems that knowing where people come from and what party they associate with is how we judge people in this country. We only need assumptions to judge people. I have no doubt that this is not what the founding fathers were wanting from American citizens. It doesn’t matter which party controls government because there are always people that want to sink to the lowest levels of political behavior.
