The Presidential Planner
ABC News' Sunlen Miller reports:
President Obama will spend his day today behind-closed-doors at the White House.
In the early afternoon the President and the Vice President will have lunch with Speaker Boehner, Republican Leader Cantor and Republican Whip McCarthy in the Private Dining Room.
“I think that the president looks forward to discussing all issues, foreign and domestic," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said yesterday, "Obviously, without a doubt there'll be, I think, a heavy discussion on the economy and on spending. And I think the president will have a chance to talk to — through — with them many of the things that he outlined in the State of the Union. And I'm — I have no doubt that they have their cares and concerns as well.”
Later in the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of State Clinton privately in the Oval Office.

Biden Reflects on Grief, Suicidal Thoughts
Is Congress Sounding Dumber?
ZZZZZ zzzzzz zzzzzz
No one cares what our phoney President is doing today?
Pretty sad day for ABC, ZERO comments after 1hr 10min being posted.
I wish the best to the GOP at this luncheon. Keeping it down will be tough in such deceitful company.

“Yesterday, a vote on reauthorizing three expiring provisions of the Patriot Act failed after most Democrats and a few Republicans voted against it. So does the vote represent a new Tea Party revolt against big government? Hardly. Republicans hate the welfare state, not the surveillance state.
Only 26 Republicans voted against the bill, and there are 52 members of the Republican Tea Party Caucus, whose chairperson, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn) voted for reauthorization along with most of the rest of her caucus. … only eight of the 26 were Republican freshmen elected last November. One hundred and twenty-two Democrats voted against reauthorization”

Behind-closed-doors is an Egyptian dialogue that is extended into meeting privately with HRC and Biden. I’d bet about ten bucks on that, mainly because I don’t like to gamble. I find it boring.
