ABC News' Sunlen Miller reports:

President Obama will travel to Baltimore, Maryland this morning, on the day that his administration releases their budget to Congress.

The president will speak at Parkville Middle School and Center of Technology about the "key priorities in the 2012 Budget and discuss the importance of responsibly investing in education to prepare our children to be competitive in the global economy and win the future," the White House says.

The president will be joined by Education Secretary Arne Duncan and OMB Director Jack Lew.

Later, the President will return to Washington, DC and will attend closed-door meetings for the remainder of the day.
