The birth cerficate brouhaha, even though important in its own right, is a distraction from the fundamental issue of whether Obama is natural born citizen.

According to the defintition establashed as binding precedent in Minor v. Happersett, Obama is not a a natural born citizen. He was was born subject to the British Nationality Act of 1948 by virtue of his Kenyan father. This fact raises two issues.

1) He was not born to two citizen parents as the court established in Minor is the defintion of natural born citzen.
2)He was born with dual allegiance to both the U.S. and Kenya/Britan contrary to the intent of the Founding Fathers who wanted the president, who would also be commander-in-chief, to be someone with sole allegiance to the United States.

I realize this post is old, but, the evidence against Obama far outweighs any evidence he’s put forth. That being, two forged COLB’s, a Social security number not assigned to him, and a forged selective services registration. He can’t even pass E-verify. It’s time for a criminal investigation, and that includes congress for conspiring to cover this up. Shame on the main stream media, this is the biggest news story and they’re silent.

The problem with these birthers is that you can’t put an end to their nonsense with facts and logic because they don’t know how to think things through (they have no ability to do basic reasoning) and because they live in a fantasy world facts have no meaning for them.
Birthers are just that 20% to 25% of Americans that we’ve always had and probably always will have… just plain ol’ crazy people. Giving them anymore respect than that is undue.

Now that he’s released his original birth certificate, I’d expect that number to go down. He should have done it 3 years ago rather than persist this silly charade. What a joke!

Good job, Obama! You finally produced the original birth certificate that you said you already made available and also said wasn’t available. Not only did you not produce it until now, it’s been available this whole time. Since you agree this was a “sideshow” and a “distraction,” why did you maintain this charade for 3 years before you finally decided to release it? Did your “birther” sideshow finally blow up in your face and start to work against you? Thanks for providing the proof the American people deserved all along. Maybe next time you won’t take 3 years to be honest. What a joke!

Do you people really think that these forms can not be made to read whatever the wight house wants them to read? I mean as a disabled american along with all our retired americans wonder why the pres. decided to not give the little cost of living rais we should get each year, saying there has been know cost of living yet i can no longer fill up my gas tank. I myself understand that the pres. that now has a low approvel rating could easly have a form falsifyed to fit his needs, now any of you out there that don’t belive this just go and look at all the fake id’s, passports and hundreds of other forms made eash year and then stand and say his birth records have to be real just because someone printed them. It is sad that this has to be part of life but do we want to just trust because he’s the pres. i mean how stupid would that be, we can not let an outsider be our pres. just because it takes time to prove one way or another, i mean i would show mine with out making the fine, no the great people of our country make me, makes you wounder if it just took this long for him to make a fake one. Well know matter what happens we as a nation need to step up and pull our ass’s out of this mess our goverment has put us in, america were great now lets remind the world of this, god bless america.

Trump’s financial background is well known. Actually, many of us here would be much more interested in seeing YOUR tax returns. We’re curious if someone who obsesses so much about the wealthy paying their fair share of federal income taxes pays her own fair share of taxes (or even receives credits beyond what she pays in).
