After receiving his regular morning briefings in the Oval Office President Obama will convene a meeting on the situation in Libya in the Situation Room of the White House. Afterwards Mr. Obama will meet privately and one-on-one with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the Oval Office.

Later in the day in the Rose Garden the president will make a  “personnel announcement”where he will announce a shuffling of his national security team: CIA director Leon Panetta will be nominated to be Secretary of Defense; International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Commander Gen. David Petreaus will be nominated to be CIA director; Marine General John Allen will be nominated to replace Petraeus at ISAF in Kabul, Afghanistan; and  former US Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker will be nominated to be US Ambassador to Afghanistan.

Later in the afternoon, the President will meet behind-closed-doors with a group of “influential Hispanics” from across the country in the Roosevelt Room about immigration reform.

Afterwards President Obama will meet for the first time with Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli in the Oval Office and then the two leaders will deliver statements to the press.

“Among other key bilateral and regional issues, the Presidents will discuss next steps with regard to the U.S.-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement as well as progress on the Central America Citizen Security Partnership President Obama announced during his recent trip to Latin America,” the White House said in a statement announcing the meeting.
