ABC News' Sunlen Miller reports:

President Obama will start his day at the White House by receiving his regular rounds of morning briefings.

In the afternoon, Mr. Obama will present the annual Commander-in-Chief Trophy to the Air Force Academy football team in the Rose Garden.

The President will then sit down for four local TV interviews with KCNC Denver, WRAL Raleigh, WFAA Dallas and WTHR Indianapolis in the Map Room of the White House.

The White House says the president will, "discuss his vision for reducing our debt and bringing down our deficit, based on the values of shared responsibility and shared prosperity."

Later in the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet privately with Secretary of State Clinton in the Oval Office.
