George. Define Politician? Define businessmen? This country is a business, and the politicians are not businessmen, Politicians use Lobbyist money to get elected to run for certain offices. Offices that should be run by a businessman. Trump is right about China If we do not tax China’s products and continue to buy without a high tax. who get hurt in the long run? Us or them? We have a surplus of oil. It is the Lobbyist who tell the politician and pay them to make it look like we don’t. That raises the price of oil. Politicians are getting rich, bye and threw lobbyist, and we the people are paying the price, for electing a politician in stead of hiring a businessman. I see the big picture and would like for you too report the facts so that people don’t vote there money away. Trump is our only hope for financial recovery for he is a businessman. Go Trump!!!

Someone posted: the three essential ingredients a world leader must exhibit is namely humility, compassion and empathy.
All I can say to that is BULL. America has tried to be everyone’s friend and it has costs Americans all of their hopes, dreams, retirements and savings. And everyone hates us, except when they need money or protection and even then they still say they hate us. Wake up those suposely in charge.
Our ancestors to our babies have worked for this country and between Government and Big business, egos and greed you have taken the humility, compassion and empathy that should be given to the American people and trodded on them.
Stop trying to run the world and run our country with benefits and concerns for our welfare starting at home.
Let’s be a little selfish, like most other countries are already are and have been and maybe the American dollar wouldn’t be the lowest it has ever been in history. And we won’t be the most hated Country on Earth.
As far as someone commenting on ego maniacs, who the hell do you think is running our country from the President on down to the city councilman.
AT LEAST MR. TRUMP MAY TRY TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS.

Besides Obama and the Democrats that put him in the office are just a bunch of Liars. All they have benefited to the last couple of years are bailing out big business, airlines, banks, auto, finance companys and we are in so much debt now that I don’t know if we will ever see the light of day.
Hey Mr. President, Mr. Congressman, Mr. Senator how would you like to live on $564 a month from social security with no pay raises in over 4 years. Sure wish I was in your shoes, so I could vote my self a raise.
I had a retirement and figured I was okay till I died but trying to believe and support our Country during 911, like a lot of people listening to our government asking us to leave our money in stock market, so not to cause another disaster. Well, seems everyone got bailed out but us and we are left with the debt and taxes.
We need new American blood for a President and Congress and the Senate should take large deductions in their salaries and especially their fringe benefits.
Give the raises, benefits and care to the people and the special ones that protect our Country.

we went to Evo for lunch. never again!!!we waited over an hour for a sandwich. poor service blaming all of the people that were like us waiting on the new chef!!! please i waitressed for 10 yrs.and never saw anything like that Evo experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In your interview with Donald Trump, you ignored the distinction he was making repeatedly between the “Certificate of Live Birth” and the long-form Birth Certificate (which gives all details including the hospital a person is born and the doctor who delivered, etc). You seem to be unaware that one cannot join the armed forces based on a Certificate of Live Birth; a long-form Birth Certificate is required. That being the case, how can the Commander-in-Chief refuse to release his long-form Birth Certificate. By refusing to release the Birth Certificate, President Obama is allowing the Birther controversy to continue. Why jouranlsits like you are not requesting the President to release his Birth Certificate and put an end to the continuing controversy.

George,
Please tell me what I’m not thinking of, because every time I hear one of those Birth-ers being “interviewed” no one brings up the obvious follow-up question.
When someone is born in Hawaii and requests there official Birth certificate they receive the exact same thing that the President has shown hundreds of times.
I wish someone would ask them that if they do not accept the President’s birth certificate does that mean they do not accept any birth certificate from Hawaii? Does that mean that all the Hawaiian people in the military should be discharged because they do not have a valid birth certificate? Same goes for the elected officials from Hawaii. Also, they should be asked when they will push for the 1000′s of past-ports to be voided if a Hawaiian birth certificate was used to obtain it.
Like I said, there has to be something I am not thinking of because a lot of people who are a lot smarter then me, (you and Rachel Maddow for example) have talked to these “people” and yet I have never heard that question asked.

If Mr. Trump is willing to donate $100 million to build a grand ballroom at the White House; wouldn’t it benefit more Americans (especially senior citizens who really need Medicare) if he just put that same money on the National debt?
