What ever became of Sarah’s bus ride? Seemed to fizzle out. There’s a rumour going around that she was using it to stop at various WalMart stores to buy up copies of Bristol’s book.

Sarah’s legal staff is now saying this entire bus trip is not being paid for by the Palin Family–instead all expenses for her family are paid for by donations to Sarah PAC. Her PAC is not set up in the conventional way–and has no limits barring it from converting campaign money to personal use. Until she decides to formally explore a possible Presidential run, she is free to spend the money any way she wants, even for home mortgage payments. You can bet that Sarah will continue to pretend to be a potential candidate and beg for more and more contributions–and that she will continue to receive her FOX salary of millions –and she will continue to think that she should be the focus of all her Party’s attention–but there will be no formal announcement of her intentions until she has spent all the money. Legal or just Sarah’s lawyers’ interpretation of what is allowed??? Sarah’s attorneys found a loophole that John Edwards could have used so he wouldn’t be facing jail time now. Maybe we should all be setting up our own PAC’s.

Sarah is lying through her teeth! “We know where we are going.”–the bus has gotten lost in every city thus far. She doesn’t want the media to follow the bus because she isn’t on it most of the time. She has been sneaking out the back door and traveling by taxi, limo or private plane. She is worried about gas prices–right–that is why she bought the mansion in Arizona and when she gives speeches, it is reported that in addition to her $100,000 speaking fee, she usually has about $20,000 more for personal expenses like two suites, expensive meals, security etc. This gal is a big spender if it is someone else’s money. If she was worried about security and privacy for her family, she wouldn’t be having them travel on a bus painted so everyone knew it was the Palin bus. She brought her father along because he is a school teacher. Yeah–he doesn’t teach now-he is retired and living on Government plans. He comes along because he wants to get some attention and because he likes all the freebies. Got to keep those dollars coming in and everyone else on the speaking tours is busy giving college and high school addresses–and Sarah and Bristol are not getting any calls. This trip is the Palin’s attempt to keep their name in the media–Sarah is dumb as rocks and she is afraid the media might ask her some questions about Ellis Island or the Statue of Liberty or the Constitution–Sarah wouldn’t have a clue….

Why does the media follow her around like little children trying to get her attention. She plays you people for fools and you keep letting her do it. Here’s a thought, stop giving her the time of day and then she really will become irrelevant. I am embarrassed for the media. She does not say one thing worth reporting. I am no fan of Republicans, but there are actual candidates who are worthy of media attention.

We members of the media will make sure that any problems here in America, are buried on the back pages, if mentioned at all, come the 2011 elections. You repubs don’t stand a chance. Give it up now. Sarah is just being Sarah…it is her ME ME ME self, She has been out of the public eye for sometime lately and I will say it has been nice. She cannot stand being ignored and is pushing herself into the public’s eye again with no purpose in mind, I think,except to say look at me. She is punishing the press (she thinks) because they were unkind to her after the Arizona incident which she made all about her instead of the innocent child who was killed and others injured. She said little about them and talked only about herself at that time. She is a shallow person. If she wants to do something worthwhile..let her take her family to Joplin, Mo. and dig through the wreckage or help with food and drinks. There is much to do there and yet she is touring around in a bus making noise. Who cares about her plans…let her do something for someone else for a change as most christians would do. She claims she is a christian so where is her humanity for this devastation?

Palin is an attention-addicted pageant queen. She QUIT being Governor because it was too much work, and she craved more of the limelight and money. Absolutely NOT Presidential material. Please, GOP, can’t you come up with any REAL, intelligent, competent, and qualified candidates?? Otherwise, Obama is a shoe-in in 2012.

I have A LOT of problem with this… BUT! Good for her! I’ll explain that later… This is probably the most scripted thing that I have seen in a long time! First… “Greta Van Susteren scored more than 20 minutes with her.” She didn’t score anything. Greta is FOX and her husband is a Palin advisor. That’s not scoring… that’s mutually using each other to gain ratings. Second, “”It is about our charters of liberty and it’s reminding, especially the schoolchildren across America — that’s why I have my dad on the bus too, as a school teacher — I want the kids across America to realize what it is that built America,…” I nearly barfed after this publicist practiced statement. As Governor, her record for education does not support this belief whatsoever.
Now… why I say “good for her!” I my opinion Palin is dumb as rocks (and still is) but this gal can fight! She has been running for president since the night McCain ceded. She wants that crown!!! I thought she was down & out after that “blood libel” episode and was truly disappointed (I genuinely was) because although I feel that she is no where near competent to be President of the United States, she does exemplify those qualities of persistence and tenaciousness! Something you do have to admire….
