Sarah Palin to Attend Iowa Premiere of ‘The Undefeated’

ABC News' Sheila Marikar reports:

Sarah Palin's going to Iowa.

The production and publicity firms behind the new documentary about Palin released a statement today confirming the former Alaska governor and her husband will attend the Tuesday premiere of "The Undefeated" in Pella, Iowa.

The film will be shown at the Pella Opera House at 5 p.m. central time and a "traditional Iowa cookout" will follow.

“We are very excited to visit historic Pella and its opera house and look forward to seeing the finished film for the first time with fellow Americans from the heartland," Palin said in the statement.

The premiere comes ahead of the film's July 15 national roll out, when it opens in 10 cities — Dallas, Denver, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Atlanta, Orange County, Phoenix, Houston, Indianapolis, and Kansas City.

Earlier this month, Palin told ABC News that she wanted to visit Iowa with her "One Nation" bus tour this summer. It's unclear if Tuesday's event will mark the revival of that tour.

The premiere coincides with President Barack Obama's scheduled trip to Iowa Tuesday and comes one day after tea party favorite Michele Bachmann is slated to launch her 2012 presidential bid.

Who will get more IA media coverage? Palin or Obama?
Game On!

I have my doubts that a cartoon about a quitter would be that popular in Iowa.

I think a title of “The Quitter” would be much more accurate and credible.

MSNBC thinks Palin is stepping on Michelle Bachmann’s announcement. I guess they have no problem with Pres. Obama being in the state on the same day.
If you want to talk about stepping on announcements lets talk Katie Couric and Brian Williams. Couric introduced Palin as nothing more then a beauty queen contestant, and Williams decided to lie and tell his viewers Palin banned books for the local library.

Sarah rising, Obama falling.

The ‘undefeated’ would have been a good title before she was ‘defeated’ in 2008,soundly defeated. This documentary may also win an award if the producer can some how make her sound intelligent and cohernt.

After the past two years I really doubt the Dems are dumb enough to nominate Obama again. He’s been a disaster. It will be Sarah versus Hillary.

The movie is called “The Undefeated”?
Obviously it ends before the election of 2008.
One question though…
Will the movie quit playing 1/2 way through?

Aii I know is: Sarah has already been told by me that she has no choice but to run and rescue this country from the grips of obama and his liberal cronies. She has no other option. She HAS to run. She knows that and will be announcing in the future when the timing is perfect. America must be patient, don’t rush her, pray for her, then get out and work your guts out to help her!! President Sarah Palin (Jan. 20th, 2013) we love you and will be patiently awaiting your civic duty announcement. God bless you and America.

Sarah, I have already written to Newt: Republicans must band together and stop answering those “gotcha” questions. Aiways ask the reporter if they have asked the same question to obama and democrat politicians or if, by oath, they are gonna ask them to the same. Just say over and over: When you ask them these questions and they answer them, then we will do the same. Otherwise, refuse them.

Ah, the flying monkeys are out by the half dozen, I see. Sarah Palin’s propaganda film will be seen by a few thousand of you die-hard, eager to part with your money souls who still think this woman cares about more than the next buck. She doesn’t. She did not do any work in Wasilla except put them into debt. She was NOT a good half-governor, and she cost McCain the election. So yeah, let her run. I can’t wait to see her debate other GOP contenders. THEY will not let her refuse to answer questions, and Biden and Ifill let her do in 2008. Run, Sarah, run, and by all means, ignore reporters. Makes you look scared, not undefeated.

Posted by: Sally | June 25, 2011, 4:10 pm 4:10 pm

Republicans, try with all your might not to do an interview unless it is live. I know this will be a hard task to accomplish, but this will put the liberal media on the spot. They can’t twist and turn your words to hurt us and help the democrats. Use obama’s words against him. Things like America has 57 states. When he was rambling and speaking incohertly in some town hall meetings. When he told George S. about his muslim religion. When he called conservatives “our enemies”. There is so much out there on tape, but I seldom see ANY Republican using them. USE THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. In fact, if y’all would mostly use the stupid and planned things he has said and DONE since running for president and after being president, you might not have to do much else to defeat him and them!!!!!

Posted by: Lanier R. | June 25, 2011, 4:11 pm 4:11 pm

“Presidential” Really!! I’m sorry America but “dumbing downed” to Palin’s level is not an option, besides the Republican establishment will never nominate Sarah Palin as their nominee. What Republican’s fail to acknowledge and realize there are two Republican Parties and the elitist of your party despise Republicans of Palins ilk…

SARAH PALIN, as her emails attest, has class that the dirtballs the dems put forward, do not. I, as an independent, will campaign very hard for her against the liars who have all but destroyed America and our people who deserve better than Clinton, Bush(1 and 2) and certainly Obama gave them! God bless America, and return our land away from the usurpers who have tried to tear it down.

Reporting about Sarah Palin is like talking about what reality TV stars like Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton are deciding to wear on their night out…. Nobody with any sense cares about Sarah Palin. I’m sure your ratings won’t suffer if you quit covering Palin and start covering genuine news worthy of reporting…

I’LL BET YOU DIDN’T KNOW THAT:
SARAH PALIN – Former Executive CEO Governor of Alaska ran an organization with more Employees and Revenue than:
Bank of Ireland (Ireland), Johnson Matthey (England), Saras SpA (Italy), Newmont Mining (US), Visa (US), Banco Popular Espanol (Spain), Weyerhaeuser (US), Virgin Media (US), Hershey (US), Mastercard (US), Harley Davidson (US), Charles Schwab (US), Hermes Apparel (France)
Governor Sarah Palin ran the affairs of 15,000 employees and an $11,000,000,000 billion budget with bipartisan 93% support.
That is impressive stuff folks. No matter where you live or political persuasion

Who you going to vote for? The half term Guv and loser or Michelle Bachmann, also called Sarah Palin but with a brain. Bristol wrote her memoir bragging about how she got drunk and slept with all the guys in a tent. Sarah says this book is perfect and is an example of beautiful family values. No other children of people possible running for election in 2012 have written books bragging about their sexual prowess.

This is absolutely sweet to see CBSnews goes through “contortions” to avoid telling the truth about Sarah Palin’ standing in latest poll numbers. Read the .pdf details, they actually use the quote below. Too funny

Too often to be merely luck, Palin has some kind of skill dealing with the media and making them look dumb. Besides this last email clown show:
-
Death Panel. Media says she is wrong.
But she is right. SP: 1 – LSM: 0
Party like it’s 1773. Media says she is wrong.
But she is right. SP: 2 – LSM: 0
Blood libel. Media says she is wrong.
But she is right. SP: 3 – LSM: 0
Revere warned British too. Media says she is wrong.
But she is right. SP: 4 – LSM: 0
-
I know I’m missing many, and it’s probably closer to SP:20 – LSM: 0, but I’m sure the pattern is still noticeable.

Sarah Palin’s history of executive and leadership positions (besides fishing business):
1996 – Elected Mayor of Wasilla
-
1999 – Reelected Mayor of Wasilla
-
2002 – Elected as President of AK Conference of Mayors by fellow mayors in the state
-
2003 – Appointed by Governor(and fmr Senator) as Chairman of AK Oil and Gas Agency(A major leadership post in the state’s most vital economic field and industry)
-
2006 – Elected Governor
-
2007 – Elected Chairman of Interstate Oil and Gas Compact, a multistate/intl group focused on energy development
-
2008 – Nominated by GOP as Vice Presidential nominee after being selected by party’s Presidential nominee
-
Barrack Obama’s history of executive and leadership positions pre-presidency:

-
That pretty much sums up my point.

I agree with those who say SP is a political genius.
My own belief is that when she stood in Wisconsin,
on the front line of a major national battle, defying a snowstorm,
defying the hateful, loud, rent-a-mob that surrounded her,
defying the GOP elite, the Dem elite, and their media -
she boldly proclaimed her commonsense conservative truths,
often with a smile – sure of ultimate victory of the cause. . . .
-
Anyway, she yelled something like, ‘Mr. President – Game On!’
-
To me, that was her battle cry. That was when she declared war, and started working her plan. I think she is working her plan to this day, and I even think things are going quite well.
-
Who would have thought that, in New Hampshire, a Sarah clambake would beat out the “frontrunner” Mitt’s presidential announcement?

ABOUT QUITTING
Eliot Spitzer (D), QUIT Governor of New York, in shame
King Edward, QUIT being The King of England, for love
Bill Gates, QUIT College, to start Microsoft with Paul Allen
Paul Allen, QUIT Microsoft, to avoid Bill Gates
The Beatles, QUIT their fans, to seek new directions
Einstein, QUIT High School, and failed his college entrance exams.
Barrack Obama SR, QUIT his Family, to seek power in Kenya
Bill Clinton, QUIT his respect for Hillary, to seek younger women
Millions, QUIT their Marriages, to seek better relationships
Millions, QUIT their Jobs, to seek betters ones
Millions, QUIT smoking, for better health
Sarah Palin, QUIT Oil & Gas Commission, over corruption
Sarah Palin, QUIT Governing, over nuisance lawsuits
There are good and bad reasons to quit what you’re doing….
Had she not quit, how many hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees would the People of Alaska, and The Palin Family, have to pay in nuisance litigation?
Had she not quit, would the 67% of those candidates she endorsed in the 2010 Midterm elections have won?
Had she not quit, would the Media destroy what’s left of “their credibility” if she were not “deeply feared” to the level of Panic Yellow Journalism?

Sarah Palin is the undeclared lightning bolt of the Conservatives.
She is the Star Quarterback in this election, with the greatest Name Recognition, Values, and fluency on Small Limited Government Issues. The media loves her and hates her.
That is awesome power when properly channeled. Sarah is getting better by the minute in “channeling the media’s inner self” and making them look like the biased fools they are.
The key to a dominate victory is excitement in your team and flaws in the opposition. It is shaping up that Liberal Socialist Democrats “are selling their failures themselves” which will have a profound affect on the “lower campaign costs” for opposition.
Sarah is the “only candidate” that has the capacity to “increase the base” by tapping previously unknown converts in multiple groups.
(1) Evangelicals decided the 2004 election of George W Bush. He tapped previously unheard of quantities and John McCain garnered 73% of them. Palin would conservatively garner 90% of that voting block and “pull in” a much greater “untapped younger faction” than ever before.
(2) Younger Conservative Woman will go for Sarah Palin in numbers “no other has”. The younger conservatives “are fighting mad” at the bias and derision of the media. They are rabid fans.
(3) Sarah will appeal to “younger voters” on “both sides of the aisle”. They don’t see or respect the lame stream media’ personal attacks, they see the “Mom from Alaska” as a decent and “can do woman” of the modern era.
Sarah Palin, should she declare, will be “the one” to beat.

And on the 135th day she did rise among the downtrodden and the re-written history of Paul Revere and proclaimed that she is Undefeated in the eyes of her sheep and that she would never quit anything that would put more money into her bank account…and the far right republicans cheered while the moderates squirmed. The Democrats were in tears …from laughter.
I would love to see a debate between Hillary and Palin…guess who would be shredded beyond belief. It would be game over for Palin.

Undefeated (?), un-smart, under-educated, under-handed, and un-finished former Governor of Alaska. She would also be unknown if it weren’t for John McCain’s unvetted choice for a running mate. I never thought anyone could make George W. Bush look smart. However, anyone who identifies George Washington and George W. Bush as their favorite founding fathers is doing a pretty good job.

Palin waits to see who is going where and then she pops up. She does get the attention and I could never figure out why but the reporters love her…good looks, I guess. They say good looking people make more money and succeed faster however, I though you had to make sense and be qualified. Anyway she will show up in Iowa to dim the lights on Backman or whoever and go home happy. Funny how when she makes a dumb comment she calls them a “gotcha” question. For anyone else it is just a question which one needs to answer if running for any office. She and Sharon Engle think they can run for office and run from reporters…they are wrong and Engle found that out.

I will never forget almost 3 years ago, when she was talking about drilling for oil and making use of our natural resources to make money and give jobs here in U.S.A.
We are better off today if we did, than taking out millions of gallons from our oil reserve as a temporary or band aid fix by Pres. Obama and got the Saudis upset.

When partisans on either side run out of intelligent arguments, they usually resort to name calling or character assassination. Palin and Bachmann are certainly more intelligent than the rapid critics and equally qualified as Obama or Biden. The only difference is their policies. Not saying I agree with them at all, I just disagree with the partisan rhetoric and pure hyperbole of the radical left who smear anyone with differing views, then have the audacity to charge the other side of the exact behavior they are engaging in. Disagree with the politics of this person but certainly not her intelligence or abilities. The people questioning these things or making personal attacks vice against their positions are really telling more about themselves than Palin or Bachmann.
