As an 85 year old female, I have been a wife, Mother, plus an adoptive mother, grandmother and
gr-gr mother. An I have an opinion on everything-in fact my computer is full. Now: About birth
and abortion: Birth is the act of coming into life. Until the date of its birth the fetus survives through
the woman and becomes an individual only at birth. Loss of the sperm before that time, for whatever
reason is no different than the loss of the other 40million or so sperm dispersed during ejaculation of the sexual act between a man and a woman, by miscarriage or the choice of the woman not to accept to carry, by aborting. Until that time it is not a LIFE. Bush, Avarice of our corporations and the political system, state rights and their desire for power and control of the citizens of this country. Being white and born in the third world state of Alabama and knowing the real history of our non-christian country and man’s inhumanity to man I was delighted when Barack Obama became President – A man that knew and could understand all sides of all the citizens in our country. I wish he could stay for another 50 years, their might be equal justice for all, since that is what God had in mind, as he created the human race, all races. Religion all man made they picked up on the way not using his rules. Enough, thanks for reading.

Helpless, no, it’s not a “women’s rights issue”, it’s a HUMAN rights issue. Humans have, and the law should protect, a right to life, particularly that of the innocent. A woman’s “right to choose” (whatever that means)does not trump an innocent human’s right to life. Deny that the fetus is human all you want. In doing so, you deny reality, and your own intellectual honesty. Deprive the innocent of life, and all your “rights” are meaningless.

Following Perry’s logic about abortion being a State’s rights issue, then I suppose slavery could also be a state’s rights issue. Of course, slavery and abortion both violate our unalienable rights to life and liberty, but what the hell, that’s why the 10th Amendment exists, right?

What a bunch of Lefties ABC has as viewers! I disagree with Perry on this one but hope he runs for President. He would be far more prolife than who we have in power now and has a proven track record in leading Texas. His courage in sponsoring the prayer conference is admirable. Christians and others who support traditional values are the only force preventing America from descending into a hellish repeat of Sodom and Gomorrha. God help us all as we draw nearer to the moral precipice similar to that which caused the once mighty Roman Empire to collapse from within.

He’s right, it is a State’s Right Issue. Almost everything should be. It is the Left in this country that is against states rights. They fear comparison. They can’t allow the more conservative states to control their own lives, that would should just what a disaster liberalism is on every level and in every aspect of life!

Perry hates abortion,BUT LOVES THE DEATH PENALTY.At least the Catholic church opposes both…..and I will leave with a question,if Republicans think there is too much government in their lives,why do they not respect a womens privacy,by leaving the government OUT OF A DOCTORS VISIT,this applies if a Doctors freedom of speech is restricted,by law,when advising women,but is unrestricted when talking to men.
