ABC News’ Michael Falcone, Arlette Saenz, Polson Kanneth and Katie Bosland report: DES MOINES, Iowa — Newly-minted presidential candidate Rick Perry has a fancy new set of wheels. Perry, who jumped into the presidential race in South Carolina on Saturday, will be traveling Iowa this week in a large new tour bus emblazoned with the “Perry/President” logo as well as his campaign tagline, “Get America Working Again.” The red, blue and black coach has shiny, silver-rimmed wheels and outdoor spotlights. It was parked on Sunday afternoon just blocks from the Iowa State Capitol here. Perry rival Michele Bachmann, the winner of Saturday’s Ames Straw Poll, has been crisscrossing the state for the last week in a bus of her own, frequently using it as a backdrop at campaign events. Perry was to fly from New Hampshire to Iowa this afternoon to deliver remarks at a Black Hawk County Lincoln Day dinner in Waterloo, Bachmann’s home town. On Monday and Tuesday, he will use the bus to make campaign stops in Des Moines, including a visit to the Iowa State Fair, followed by events in Eastern Iowa.
