How do we know we could have captured him and gave him a fair trail? because the CIA had been tracking him since the bush administration, we knew exactly where he was for over 4 years, and Obama decides to pull the trigger with out any hard evidence against the man just randomly one day... sounds like murder more than an act of war... Bottom line is even though he was a crappy U.S. citizen, he still was a U.S. citizen. He deserved the same right we give hundreds, probably thousands, of rapists and murderers everyday. So great, now we have a precedent set that if one is considered a "terrorist" he or she can be assassinated without due process? Just waiting for when every person against big government and big business will be considered a "terrorist".

Obama has turned himself into a criminal by killing a person without due process. There is no big difference between Obama and the terrorists.

I think the so called Conservative Republicans may as well vote for Obama in 2012 the way they can't give enough praise for the way he handles the terrorism thing. I'll stick with a real conservative, Ron Paul.

He had already little chances to get the nomination but now he stands no chance. He is just over estimating the intelligence of an average American voter. The avergage voter wants to bring the troops home, but he also wish to see an invasion of Iran and the killing of muslims in Afghanistan/Pakistan/Yemen. He wants a balanced budget but more money coming from the government and more tax breaks, more liberty as long that anyone who has a different view is charged with treason. He wants more tarifs on imported goods but less inflation.

OATH OF OFFICE - US PRESIDENT: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." - Too bad Obama has zero ability to do this. Any strict Constitutionalists around that wanna take a shot at saving the US Titanic from that giant freaking iceberg up ahead?

For those of you who can feel all "warm and fuzzy"
About the constitutional rights of this Terrorist being violated "because he was a terrorist" or "because he deserved it", you should think long and hard about what constitutional rights of your own you are willing to live without. If you give up the right to due process, you might as well give them all up.

Whether or not this guy deserved what he got (he did) is completely irrelevant. All Americans lost the guarantee of a vitally important right. And for that and all the other rights we have given up, Al-Qaeda is laughing at us. We cannot give up what makes us American for a terrorist. Every time you are put under scrutiny or patted down at the airport... that's a victory for terrorism. That's giving into terror.

For those who say that Ron Paul is weak on Terrorists. Best you think again.

READ the 9/11 Commissions Report: Under the administration of Clinton, Bush, the Commission Chair Thomas Kean declared that both Presidents Clinton and Bush were "not well served" by the FBI and CIA. History is repeating itself with Obama.

This makes Clinton, Bush, and Obama WEAK leaders. In addition, they've kept and keep us LESS SAFE.

PROTECTION of US citizens should be the #1 priority for every sitting President.

Anyone can be TOUGH on terrorists and drops drones, kill!! kill!! kill!! kill!! the SOB Terrorists along with innocent civilians, and 1000s of US troops. YEAH! Tough RAMBO GUY! At least the ones who stay home and sit in front of a computer like tough guys. THis is all about saving face. Who's got the bigger balls. And we have to stop because it hurts US in the end. For every terrorist that we kill, well deserved, you create an easy recruitment for al Qaeda. This can end now or it can end later we the DOLLAR crashes and we can't afford it anymore...Look at RUssia.

The #1 priority of our Commander and Chief is the PROTECTION of American Life and Liberty, the rule of law, our Constitution, Only Ron Paul understands this too well. The leader who is TOUGH on PROTECTING our laws, protects our lives and Keeps us SAFE.

I don't like getting into emotional stories but to make my point clear my cousin a NYPD, has done 3 tours in Iraq. He understands the consequences of this assassination and the bombing of innocent civilians. He KNOWS we are less safe. The troops are spent. He's voting for Ron Paul!!

(who by the way, receives the most donation from active military troops Obama and the other NEOCONS combined, in addition, Dr. Paul voted in the affirmative for HR 5136, an amendment that leads to a full repeal of "don't ask, don't tell", on May 27, 2010. He subsequently voted for the Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act of 2010 on December 18, 2010)

RON PAUL was the biggest Republican Critic of BUSH. RP voted against the Iraq war. Also called him out on big spending and the huge deficit. He supported Bush in 2000 when he campaigned on a Humble Foreign Policy, no policing the world, no nation building. But look where we are now with Obama. Well those that still support Obama, are so INVESTED him, I DONT hear a peep from them even though it feels like Bush is still in office.

Where does the government's power end...or does it? It is my understanding now that the government can decide which US citizens have a right to due process. If that's the case, then what is the difference between a criminal and a "terrorist?" Is it now possible for any criminal to be labeled a terrorist simply for convenience. Did our occupation of foreign land and violating the sovereignty of other nations cause this man to second guess the righteousness of the US? Would this man have been assassinated still if we were not occupying the middle east? Is it possible for anyone who disagrees with our foreign policy to be labeled "un-American" thereby automatically having his name on the same list as any so called "terrorist?" The Constitution gives rights to ALL citizens. Love them or hate them, these laws are not to be taken lightly for one day you may need them for your protection. As it was said by our founding fathers, "Fear of foreign danger is the instrument of tyranny at home."
