Please remember as you analyze the 999 plan to not look at a single part. There are so many taxes that are eliminated. Payroll taxes are 7.5% paid by you another 7.5% by your employer.

I’ never thought I ever defend Herman Cain, but I saw a thing on the John King show on CNN last night that was total hypocrisy. King blasted Cain because he ran an ad that showed one of his aids smoking a cigarette. He went on and on about how this was setting a bad example for Kings children.

A week earlier King and Erin Burnett sat down at a table in front of the Las Vegas debate and both had drinks they joked about. I guess glamorizing drinking is not as bad for Kings children as having a cigarette. The hypocrisy of John King is amazing

Mr. Cain is not an outsider. He is co-opting the the movement. If elected he will not do anything substantially different. his 999 plan is DoA. No one wants it and even if it was adopted it would change nothing. Ron Paul is the only choice for real change. The elite will try to to stop Ron Paul because they like things the way they are.
The main stream media and power elite are afraid of Ron Paul. They make a mockery of freedom of the press, free enterprise and liberty throughout the world. When they see how many people agree with Ron Paul’s positions they wet themselves, shivering as they come to realize they have nothing in their arsenal of treasonous lies that can stop his rise to power and their subsequent fall from the artificial pile of dung they have perched themselves upon to the murky bowels that they have force the middle class into. When Ron Paul’s message is spread to the world and understood, the wailing of these self appointed gods will only be surpassed by the cries of joy from all of us, the newly freed slaves. Cain is not change, Obama is not hope, Ron Paul is both.

There are problems with Cain’s 999 plan. It all depends on what’s excluded and what’s not. If current exemptions – like health care premiums, 401k contributions, state tax, and property tax – are eliminated, then the middle class will be paying more income taxes than we currently do (yes, i’ve done the calculations and comparison with my own income, and my income is right in the middle of America). Here’s how to make 999 a little bit more appealing to the rest of us:

9% income tax – deduct health insurance, 401k, and flex spending from gross income. Also deduct, at the end of the year, all other taxes paid (state tax, property tax, etc.) Tax the balance.

Keep the capital gains tax. Doesn’t have to be the current 15%, could make it 9% also, but at least make those who make their living buying and selling stock pay some too!

Exempt those under the poverty line, or even families below $50K/year.

This will make it fair. Middle class won’t be hit too much, if at all. And the rich will still pay into the system. Fair and simple!

Cain don’t like a brother. He wants his black brothers and sisters to start paying 9% national sales tax every time they go to Walmart to buy diapers, milk or any other necessities. The rich have been getting richer and the poor poorer for decades in america. Cain wants to accelerate the process. I urge all my black brothers and sisters to rise up against the evil Mr Cain and demand to be freed from the evil tyranny of people like Cain. Cain proves that evil can come in any color.

The Cain “Campaign” is a snake-oil medicine show that has captured the nation’s attention for the time being. Look at the smile at the end of his “blowing smoke” ad. Its the smile of the charlatan who knows he has the rube hooked and in the boat. As things proceed Cain will wither under the spotlight.

Mr. Herman Cain is fighting to beat the GOP mogul/king-makers and their media ‘lap dogs’ as much as he is the RINO twins Romney and Perry. Their ‘collusion’ is so clear and overt. Brit Hume, Karl Rove, O’Reilly, from the ‘right’ and many others from the ‘left’ are so bummed out that their ‘sweeties’ R & P are getting their rear-ends trounced by Cain poll after poll after poll. Had their ‘little champions’ won those polls they would be so giddy they wouldn’t be able to speak. Oh no. BUT because Mr. Cain won, what do these ‘lap dogs’ do?…they make excuses and whine about how these polls don’t mean too much because of this lame reason or that. Apparently their superior and ‘certain’ conventional political wisdom (oxymoron), that they ‘manipulate and massage’ to their own ends…’isn’t all its cranked up to be’. You gotta’ love it when Mr. Cain’s simple and homespun politics ‘turns their manipulative political world upside down! They have been wrong the whole time. They should get used to eating ‘Crow Sandwiches’.
Herman Cain, his common sense solutions, the 999 Plan, and the fantastic FairTax that will follow….Will get this Republic back on track. Remember BOTH parties are responsible for the mess we are in. 60+ years of inept mismanagement, poor governance, and the wildest spending spree ever seen are why we are here…The worst economy since the Great depression and their workin’ on 15 Trillion in debt. The Cain Train can ‘roll over’ the Dems and Obama…No Problemo. His only battle is with the GOP mogul/king-makers ‘bought and paid’ for media on, of all places, the Right.
Brit Hume and Karl Rove are the GOP party line ‘lap dogs’ of Romney and Perry. Both have been completely wrong about Herman Cain since day one. It must suck to predict failure for others and have it come back on you and your ‘favs’. Their bias is calculated and overt. ‘We the People’ can see that clearly. Bill O’Rielly is as bad or worse. He has said, from the beginning, Mr. Cain is ‘entertainment’ and has no chance against…guess who…the ‘RINO twins’ Perry and Romney. All three spew their accolades and sing their love-songs for the ‘RINO twins’ non-stop, 24/7. As though if they repeat their b s enough…it will come true. Are the GOP mogul/king-makers paying them? If so they are WAY over-paid. Cain is ‘spanking’ the ‘twins’ in almost all the polls in almost every state. 999 is beating Perry’s 20% flat tax and Romney’s 50-something point plan in every poll too. Is that hilarious or what? Apparently, the ‘lap dogs’ much touted ‘conventional political wisdom’ (oxymoron), ISN’T all its cranked up to be. All three repeat, ad nauseum, Herman Cain doesn’t have nearly enough money to defeat the ‘deep pocket’ organized political machines the ‘RINO twins’ have. Uh…look around. Wrong again!
