Gas was always going up with two oil men in the Whitehouse. It is obvious to me that President Obama wants to keep our gasoline prices down. It is also obvious to me that the President wants out of Iraq and is bringing our troops home before the end of this year. It is very obvious to me that so many republicans are liars who get their lies from the liars on Fox and will never be honest because they don’t want the truth.

Optical illusion. The last decade saw middle class and working class incomes DECLINE, not stabilize. The economy was falsely propped up by massive government borrowing for 2 wars, while we work-a-day families went into debt, thinking the housing bubble continue. Don’t want to go back to that – it’s not an “improvement”. No way such a big number of unemployed will rebound in three years.

Meanwhile, the Republican idea of doing NOTHING would hasn’t made an “improvement” either. This ditch is the worst since the Depression, and it will take a long time to recover. The question will be this: is there value to spend on JOBS while the economy heals?

Well Terry, Gasoline was down under Bush for most of his Presidency under $2.25.
Not for Obama And his Ethanol burning,corn raising policies. You must love those
Hybrids, most people can not afford them. But to each there own. Prices and jobs
under Bush were very stable til the Housing market collapse, and I am not the biggest
Bush fan. Just pointing out the obvious. Three year later things not improving.

Gasoline January 2009 $1.85 Today $3.36
Bushel of corn January 2009 $4.05 Today $6.60
Obama’s Policies have done nothing to help commodities prices.
By avoiding the Keystone XL pipeline he does nothing to curtail Gasoline prices under his
administration. Unless promoting Hybrid Cars that 99% of Americans cannot afford is
your idea of affordable energy.

Republicans don’t like EDUCATED Americans because the smarter people are the LESS likely they’d be to vote Republican!!! Keep em dumb and turn em right! Want PROOF? Just take a gander at the Republican Contenders and THAT should say it all! Not a decent one in the whole group!
