The White House response was an insult to those of us who signed the petition. They did not even bother to do an investigation before sending out the response that there were no known extraterrestrials. All they had to do was to talk to some CIA or Pentagon people. Would they tell us that the Aliens have a controlling interest in Earth if they did? Something happened to advance our technology. Thousands of years of slow progress does not suddenly blossom into what we have now. Study on this before you dismiss it. It does not make sense without outside intervention.
