Good for Bachmann — and all the other candidates who rejected the invitation to participate in this circus. Apparently Santorum and Gingrich believe they are running for President of a banana republic, not the USA.

Gingrich was first to commit to Trump’s silly “debate,” and that speask volumes about Gingrich’s monumental (and famous) lack of good judgement. Gingrich is heading for a Howard Dean fate, no doubt.

We now know the Trump/Newsmax debate outcome. Trump and Gingrich will flurt the whole time while Santorum is excluded form the conversation most of the time. Then Trump will endorse Gingrich. Then if Gingrich deosn’t get the nomination, Trump will run a third-party campaign.

Hard Sell Michelle won’t give The Donald any face time. So that leaves Sad Eyes Santorum with nothing to do with his sad, sad eyes but watch Donald the Clown and Newt the Flaming Wad of Political Mayhem make out with each other all night. Maybe Newt will set The Donald’s hair on fire. That’ll make great TV and sell some books. This is not your father’s GOP folks.
