If his names were not valid then that means he probably had someone in his organization who thinks they good lay around and forge in a bunch of made up names. No one else has a problem getting their signatures. Why does he think he's above everyone else and why should I want a crook to be my president???

The Perry campaign delivered 11,191 petition signatures before the Virginia deadline.
The VA GOP, overnight, decided that 5,191 were not valid, for reasons undisclosed.
In reading the legal documents filed, it appears that the sole complaint is the VA requirement that requires the petition collector to also be eligible as a VA voter.
That part of the law means that NO ONE who is NOT a legal resident of Virginia can personally gather ballot access signatures. The legal precedent for making that unconstitutional have been decided in at least five federal courts since 1999.

Why is no one even asking why Huntsman, Bachmann, and Santorum never even tried to gain ballot access in Virginia?

All Virginia has done is prove that you have to run for the presidency for five years to know how to game their system. That is why only Mitt Romney and Ron Paul qualified, again.

The Virginia GOP petition validation process in 2011 needs to explain why you can submit 15,000 signatures and avoid any verification. And how they managed to disqualify Gingrich and Perry under the cloak of darkness and opacity. After all, the two legal political parties in Virginia also have the option to issue waivers...

So much for the 'birthplace' of democracy aka the Commonwealth of Virginia, where the serving Lt. Governor just happens to be Romney's VA campaign manager.

You miss out because you didn't follow the rules and turn around and sue because you can’t comply with the rules. That is the worst example of leadership I have ever seen

Perry is unable to play by the rules so he wants to change them.

Doesn't work that way in the real world.
