This is ridiculous. Most of the public didn’t support impeachment because they didn’t believe they had right to be asking about Clinton’s affair in the first place. It was a political witch hunt and everyone knew it.

His arrogance- this “I didn’t lie under oath” crap- as if lying under oath is somehow special, different, and more horrible than lying to your WIFE- should disgust anyone with common sense.

He would have done himself a favor by saying, “You’re right. I was a hypocrite.” At least people could respect that answer.

Oh, and BTW PKSK531-Ginchrich also had his affair at the office we pay pay for. Try again.

how can anyone say that gingrich didnt lie.what the hell do they think he had been telling his wife for six years..just like perry said if he would lie and cheat on his wife he would do it again.he dont care for anyone except newt.his own parety didnt want him in congress.he lobbyed and lied about it.even if romney didnt pay what he should have he did it legally.even today members of his own party dont want him.how can you pass bad checks and then in a couple years be worth millions.something very crooked somewhere

Newt’s ex wife says he was not deposed during the divorce proceedings. Were you or weren’t you? Is this going to be another case like during the debates? You told everyone that you offered friends to be interviewed by ABC to refute your ex wife’s story. By your own admission as well as ABC we are now finding out that you lied about this. You keep telling us you are sorry you have hurt people and you are a changed man. It look like to be you are the same old Newt and the only reason you are sorry is that you got caught. Again.

Did her sense of shame about committing adultery with him keep her from saying more until her desire for revenge by keeping him from becoming President overcame that sense of shame. The media could deal with the contradictions she ended up living.

It is worth asking why his second wife has re-emerged on this topic at this particular time. It does seem possible that she was ashamed of the fact that she had sex with a married man, so it is unseemly for her to attack that married man for having sex with still another woman after he married her. It would seem appropriate for the media to ask her about how she measured all of this out and also to discuss the subject. It does seem possible that her shame at her adultery kept her from stepping forward more than she did; but that then her desire for revenge by undermining his chances to become President overcame allowing that sense of shame to keep her from saying more.

Searching the internet reveals long lists of violations including Payola, FCC fines, Racist entertainment, illegal alien voter registration drives, blackmail (they just did it to Rubio) and every year cost thousands of potential US jobs by importing 90% of their programming from Venezuela and Mexico, while receiving hundreds of millions yearly in US Tax breaks. I may not like Newt, but I love it when he states the facts about why President Bill Clinton was impeached, why he should have resigned and why he should have served time like other Amercians would for lying repeatedly under oath in front of a federal judge, liying to the grand jury, conspiring to submit a false affidavit, coaching witnesses, conspiring to hide evidence from the FBI and suborning perjury.
