Why does Franklin Graham continue to be interviewed about politics on TV? He is nowhere near as intelligent as his father, nor as thoughtful. Furthermore, for one who represents the gospel of Jesus Christ, he is totally partisan; more than willing to give everyone on the Republican side a pass, yet had the unmitigated gall to disrespect President Obama on TV last Easter Sunday (of all days!) with disparaging remarks about his Christianity, along with some 'birther' nonsense. I am one evangelical Christian who is totally unimpressed with anything Franklin Graham has to say about politics.

I am uncomfortable with Mitt Romney and what I call the prophet factor. You cannot separate Romney from the belief that the Mormon Church currently has a living prophet as leader of their church. They believe the prophet's ability and authority are just like in the Bible. In the Bible the prophet, as promised in Deuteronomy 18, would be God's spokesman. I cannot imagine Romney as President not seeking out the prophet of the Mormon Church for a word from their god. What would stop the prophet from seeking audience with Romney and giving a "thus saith the Lord" statement? No statement from Romney otherwise would change my mind in this. You can’t separate Romney from Mormons beliefs about their prophet. I am extremely uncomfortable with this. If he becomes the Republican candidate, I would definitely be voting for the lesser of two evils.

Why are gay marriage and abortion issues at all???? They are personal matters, not Government business. THAT is the problem with the Republican party. They are more concerned with our private lives than the economy - probably why the House had SEVEN abortion votes and held up the jobs bill Obama wanted. Why they would NOT let the top 1% pay another 1.5% in taxes because they are the "job creators" who do not appear to be creating jobs. NEWSFLASH for them - jobs come from the smaller businesses, created by people with Taxable income below $250,000. Your mom and pop operations create more jobs and more money flow into the economy than the Mitt Romney's. Instead of being concerned about abortion, gay rights, and other personal matters, be more concerned about what WE the PEOPLE are worried about.

Vote for ROBNEY and Obama will get a SECOND TERM!! Open your eyes, we do not want another money laundering tax payer bail out corporate insider to ruin our economy. We had Bush. Robney was never a fiscal conservative, PLEASE look at his spending spree as a governor. But from the looks of it, most Republicans have made up their minds, we dug our own graves back in 2008 when we voted McCain, history is repeating itself.

Even though the economy is at the top of the list for most Americans, over the past 6 years Romney could have worked independently to make positive changes in OUR America, for All Americans. He did nothing but increased his personal wealth. Let's prove our character every day, instead of during a campaign promoting a what's good for today's agenda. I do not believe Romney has proven to be a true person of character. Flip flopping on abortion, gay rights, fair tax and many political platforms, which would help the middle class, as well as the poor. Bain was a win for Romney, wealth by hurting many. Success in the Olympics was a given, Utah! He doesn’t discourage entrepreneurs who have gained wealth from declaring bankruptcy. He’s aware of politicians who continue to gain wealth through unfair stock purchases while being on special committees. So I ask, why hasn't Romney ever given specifics? It gets old when he never gives a decisive answer to any question. Can you honestly say you know what he stands for when his answer is a continual attack on Obama? I can't. I am proud to be an intelligent free thinker. I could never vote for Romney for I honestly don't trust him. And even though we have tried to skew away from the fact that Mormonism wouldn't be an issue, I believe it would. My community has questioned many areas of concern in our local government, regarding contracts, hiring, promotion practices, as well as real estate transactions, and public school oversight. For over 15 years, I had been very involved with our Mormon community, and learned quite a bit. Separation of church and state will never occur. Agendas will continue secretly and we won't be able to question. Blacks and illegals have been accepted to expand their religion. One should be smart before taking this leap of faith. I do not want a Presidency with hidden agendas. This truly is a very important factor in attaining this Presidential position. My vote will be for someone I feel I can trust, can you?

If a solid stance against abortion is one of the major issues with the GOP Candidates, Then you need to look no further than Dr. Ron Paul OBGYN. He is a Champion of Pro-Life , He has a very Strong Moral fiber, He is a Member of a baptist church, and has been married to the same woman for more than 30 years. He has a strong following from Young Voters who consider him to the the only thing standing in the way of America burning the Constitution and Enforcing Martial Law in what will lead to a Police State many times worse than Russia or China. 1984 is now 2012.
SO Yes , Reverend Graham, The Bible Belt DOES need to "Hold its Nose" and Vote for the Good Doctor who has been bringing New Born Life to thousands of babies.
