There are 52 pictures and videos of Osama Bin Laden after he was killed. Should we be able to see them?

The pictures depict the fatal bullet wound to the head and the burial at sea, but so far, the Obama administration has refused to release them.

A federal appeals court heard arguments Thursday on whether the public has a right to view the photos.
