Obama Swept Up in ‘Linsanity’

President Obama is “very impressed and fully up to speed” on New York Knicks sensation Jeremy Lin, White House press secretary Jay Carney said today.
“We were speaking about Jeremy Lin … as we flew here to Andrews Air Force base this morning. … It’s just a great story and the president was saying as much this morning,” Carney said in response to a question from ABC News aboard Air Force 1.
“It’s terrific for the New York Knicks, but it’s the kind of sports story that transcends sport itself. … Yes, he’s very impressed and fully up to speed. He has watched Lin play already and did see the highlights from last night’s game.”

Too bad he wasnt as swept up in fixing the unemployment, high gas prices, debt and the economy instead of basketball and campaign rhetoric. He is a failure period.

Ditto Veronica, why is ABC running these soft stories when his America busting budget, Fast & Furious, good friend Cosine, no fixes for social security or medicare, his taking away of of religious freedoms, no pipeline, not showing Fannie or Freddie in debt, all the promises, cutting our nukes and the huge debt he has made but you never report on any of these?

He is setting such a good example. Even though the country has annual budget deficits ~$1.5T, national debt approaching $16,000,000,000,000, and unfunded liabilities over $114T, why care about saving money – its not his?

Over 3.7 million jobs have been added since Obama’s policies hit full stride.
Oil production in the country is up.
Green energy production in the country is up.
GM is back at the #1 car company in the world!
Third shifts are being added at automotive plants.
Manufacturing in the country is way up.
Bin Laden is dead.
Kaddafhi is gone.
Many, many al Qaeda leaders are gone.
Nuclear inspectors are back in Iran.
The stock market has gone up hugely since Obama’s policies began to kick in.
Benefits for veterans and their families are up.
Corporate profits are at record levels.
Had Bush or any Republican accomplished all of this in 3 years, the right wingers would be creaming their jeans and calling him one of the greatest presidents of all time. Trouble is – it isn’t Bush – it’s Obama – and right wingers are biased hypocrites .

Obama always puts his feet up. It’s a rather bad habit he has. Does it all the time on the people’s White House furniture. There lots of are photos.

Petty and biased. We’ve seen photos of Bush with his feet up, Gerald Ford with his feet on the desk. Both Republican presidents.
