TM... What missile defense, the one that Pres.Obama dismantled without input from the nations it affected and got nothing in return. The Russians still vote against everything in the UN that we bring forth.

The missile defense system has already started to be built. The only question now is if the Russians want to participate and extend it to include their southern border. The Russians have not endorsed anyone. I sure they would much rather deal with Mitt than President Obama.

Mitt stuck his foot in his mouth trying to go back to the cold war and they slapped him down, no big deal

I remember when Obama was campaigning he said, "Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, these countries are tiny compared to the Soviet Union. They don't pose a serious threat to us the way the Soviet Union posed a threat to us." I don't recall Mitt every making such a ignorant statement as Obama's. Now, remember what Obama said then and look at where things are now. He's given the missle defense tecnology to Russia so they can get around the defensive system we gave Europe so they could protect themsevels against the Russians, but now they can't and Iran claims they have the information to get past teh system too. I assume it came from what Obama gave his Russian comrades. I'm pretty sure that was passed on to other anti-US nations as well. Now Russian leaders and their propaganda machine endorse Obama and Obama's cutting special deals behind our back. When asked if Obama has been doing this with other enemies of the US, the administration wouldn't deny their subversive activity that the Russians stand by Obama on are being codified in unity with those enemies as well. The Pentagon is still trying to figure out what Obama's been doing behind their backs all along as well.

TEXBORK2012

Whatever Mitt has said, probably doesn't get attention because it's nothing different than we are already doing.

The President has said:

We are not getting out of Afghanistan immediately but will be out by 2014.

He has us out of Iraq.

He does not want to engage in Syria without a coalition of NATO or the Arab League.

He is not against military action in Iran but wants to give the sanctions and diplomatic efforts a chance to work.

What has Mitt said that is different?

Jack, Romney has given who speeches on foreign policy. If you believe Romney doesn't have any foreign policies it's probably due to the media sources you are using. There's much more information available on both sides, but not from the normal propaganda mainstream media stream and government funded propaganda outlets. Much of the old left-wing media all report exactly the same stories and from the exactly the same point of view. The mainstream media is only geared towards shaping and controlling public opinion.

Let's not try and change the real lesson of Pink Slime from what it really is, shall we? -the foolishness in believing corporate America can be trusted to operate in the public's best interests unsupervised. Can you trust corporations? How'd you like those hamburgers?

“What specifically would you do to address the Iranian threat that is different from what President Obama is already doing

The key word is specifically. Mitt's staff knows he's not the sharpest pencil in the box so they keep him away from specifics. He's strong suit is name calling.

The obvious answer is he would do nothing different but he's too self-absorbed to say so.

..every time I see a reference to Obama's "Presidential Advisers" I am reminded of Pink Slime. If you don't know much about it, read all about it and you will be informed. Out of all those "advisers" who signed the blantantly political waste of paper in support of our supposed "lleader," I believe I could recognize 5 or 6 of the rather large group of "advisers" who signed this political tripe, badly in need of pink slime to avoid the smell test. Next item for the Political Front for Obama?

Successes? You mean OBL, a few pirates and Ghadaffi dead? Actually, Ghadaffi was an illegal war so I can't count that. Is N Korea a success? Iran? Syria? Egypt? We're just lining up those successes aren't we? I think it's funny his advisors want to talk with Romney because Obama can't run on his record, even his foreign policy record. He is very inconsistent and ineperienced.
