The right wing republicans associate with right wing republicans, in churches, tea party meetings etc. They see their whole world in a biased perspective. They are a small minority of the electorate but feel they have much more influence than they really do.

The vast majority of Americans doesn’t agree with most of their positions and see how they've contributed to the grid lock in our government by their intransience. As long as President Obama continues to address the problems of the vast middle class he has no problems.

The electorate is only ambivalent in picking whom will replace Obama. Obama will be voted out of office by a landslide in November and the notion is to choose wisely. Sure, a fungus encrusted toenail could beat Obama, but we can do better. We were told nothing could be worse than W, but that was tragically incorrect. Obama is far worse than any modern US president. His whole purpose in life was to gather people together, tell them to get angry, work them up into a frenzy, and leverage their racism against others not like them to make demands of payment, goods, and services, from the government, paid for by others. Generating anger and focusing upon other US citizens was his profession and now he's brought it to a national level. Which is why he supported the riots in the Middle East and the insurgent Occupiers in our own nation as well as the union rioters in Wisconsin and other places. Obama and the democrats support the Occupiers who include rioters, vandals, rapists, murderers, public defecation, urination, and lewd conduct, that trashes cities and causes millions in damage as well as spreading disease. On the other hand Obama and the Democrats say the Tea Party is violent and racist, even though none of them have ever behaved as depraved as the Occupiers. I wish the media was honest in reporting both side, but the media refuses to adhere to any form of journalistic integrity. The media needs to go back to being the watchdog of the people over the government and not a propaganda, party-line supporter and promoter. ABC, Where's the REAL NEWS? Not this BS that is currently being pumped to the masses.

President Obama will win re-election easily barring any major catastrophes. The American people are fed up with the name calling and incivility of the conservative republicans.

The President does not sugar coat our problems, he articulates his proposals to get us moving again then shuts up and implements them the best he can with this "do nothing" Congress.

The republican candidates say they have all the silver bullets, and then want to use the same policies as the Bush administration that got us into this mess in the first place. None of them ever speak about new ideas or say they will do anything different than the President.

The republican candidates play to their base which wants simple answers. Sorry there are none.

If there is anything I took away from the last election is all a candidate needs to do is continually bash the current president. Bash Bush worked. Bash Obama will work.
Hit Obama right square in the nose with his record and he will be back on his heels then deliver blow after blow. He'll return to his corner and cower.

The thing that is really going to sting is Obama thinks this is a slam dunk for him. With an attitude like that, defeat will be so ugly, he'll need therapy.

Mitt Romney doesn't have any easy answers because there are none. He keeps acting like he has all these silver bullets in his pocket but when pressed he has nothing to say except what a bad job President Obama is doing. He's never answered a single question about his tax reform plan which if implemented would cost us 4 trillion dollars over the next ten years.

He is doing exactly what his supporters want him to do. Tell them what they want to hear so they don't have to think. They want everything to be simple; the President's course is too complicated for them.

Mitt tells them that they can have everything without hard work or sacrifice: a chicken in every pot, gasoline flowing like rivers. Sounds to me he has Herbert Hoovers tactics down pat.

Romney seems to be hitting his stride of late.

Latest Gallup poll has him ahead of Obama by 4 points (50-46).

The republican candidates are doing what is expected of them by their constituency. Give simple answers to complicated problems.

1. We can have $2.00 a gallon gasoline by opening up more drilling domestically.

2. We can grow the economy by giving tax breaks and deregulating big business without spending money.

3. We can lower the deficit with no added revenue.

4. We just have to talk tough and Iran and Syria will be resolved.

5. The climate isn't changing, all the scientists are democrats.

6. .We don't need green energy, the oil fields will last forever.

On and on.

I don't blame them; they are telling the gullible republicans just what they want to hear. It's all President Osama’s fault and the Bush administration trickledown policies had nothing to do with the recession.

Until the republicans demand honesty and get their heads out of the sand, this will all continue thru the general election.

hese polls dont even reach cell phone users. They reach old people. With high unemployment, record numbers of young people wil lbe voting, My neices and newphews dont even have landlines. these polling tacits are way of date.

POSTED BY: NOT UR AVERAGE JOE ---Try reading the fine print. Gallup prints on their site that they do call cell phones. By the way I had my landline phone number of 25 years transferred to my cell phone and know many others who have done the same thing... Try to keep up.
