What waste time on a lawsuit? Throw the miserable miscreant in jail and let the rest of the inmates deal with him – the ones HE put there. That should take care of the matter once and for all.

The DOJ is not being truthful hear. Arizona has been begging for help with illegal immigrants yet all they go t in return was a lawsuit. Arizona is trying to enforce a federal law because the DOJ nor the Dept of Homeland security will because Obama wants votes. You might say, I thought illegal immigrants could not vote? If you have every voter show a valid drivers license or I.D. card then they can’t but if the Federal government says you can’t ask for an I.D. then you can. The DOJ allowed the Black Panther party off the hook after they had been convicted in court. They looked away again when the BPP threatened white women and their cracker babies and then looked the other way when they threatened killing whites in Florida. So, it isn’t believable that the DOJ is looking for justice. Instead they are campaigning for Obama and could care less about latins, blacks or anyone else so long as they get their vote.

Joe “the joke” just keeps on doing what Joe does because everybody in Phoenix is afraid of him. Everyone in Chicago was afraid of Al Capone and he had the elected officials in his pocket, but the federal government finally had to end his reign. Keep shaking in the shadow of the mighty sheriff and we will all be gloating when the big blow hard is behind bars. Oh fatso, don’t drop the soap!!!! Ha hahahah

Really shows Arizona in a bad light. If the state won’t address the civil rights violations by this county then the federal government needs to step in and insure the rights of all Arizona residents, not just whites.

The DOJ under Obama is totally partisan and it is not focused on the rule of law or justice. It is Obama’s payback machine. Under Holder the DOJ is focused on enabling election fraud, increasing illegal immigration, freeing terrorists, and arming Mexican drug lords. If you doubt what I write, try prove me wrong.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the team is to be commended for their hard work in uncovering the forgery of Obama. It took a lot of courage and tenacity; obviously a quality NOT shared by Congress or the DOJ. Good thing you had the foresight not to use tax dollars. You did the right thing!

Good lord – all you people ranting about Obama – this investigation has been going on since June 2008 – ummm, think about it. Wasn’t Bush President then? (Yes he was).

This sheriff is wasting valuable TAX DOLLARS (i.e. our money) in jerking this thing around and delaying the process. He is a crazy redneck who evidently has decided he likes all the attention he gets, from claiming that Obama’s birth certificate is a fake – to holding people for no reason for hours on end – and retaliating if anyone complains.

So all of you ranting about Obama – or questioning the Constitution’s role in this – remember… the bill of rights is part of the constitution.
