We've decided that Myanmar, Sudan, etc. etc. are not worth significant resources on our part despite horrible atrocities happening on a daily basis. Why is Syria worth our attention and those places aren't? Follow the money. McCain is just advocating for big oil like all the repubs. He's an opportunist hypocrite. He doesn't care about human life unless it helps him make a rhetorical point against the president. All he cares about is a stable supply of oil for his benefactors to sell. McCain needs to tell us why this particular conflict deserves the attention of an exhausted American military and our already-stretched financial resources while other atrocities all over the world are ignored.

He leads nobody. He ditched any credibility he ever had to appease the fringe of his party. McCain's like a grandfather clock that's always striking midnight..... to him it's always the darkest hour and the answer is always appropriately grim: WAR! Like a broken clock, he might be right every once in a while. But really, nobody listens to the king of Arizona... even people in Arizona have passed him up for nuttier products like Brewer and Arpaio and Pierce and Ready. And still the Obama Administration released $1.5 Billion in foreign aid to the new Egyptian govt last month. "Leading from Behind"? Yes, quite often for this Administration... But in the case of Egypt, I'm afraid it's more like - Leading with their Heads in their Behinds! Nice move helping the Muslim Brotherhood take over in Egypt Obama. And still the Obama Administration released $1.5 Billion in foreign aid to the new Egyptian govt last month.
