If he must investigate, why doesn’t he investigate members of Congress who were willing to let our country go into default (which the Constitution prohibits) and cause our nation’s credit rating to drop for the very first time in the history of our country? Oh yes, I forgot…they are members of his own Republican Party. As a Republican, I’m disgusted with Issa and others like him who are now serving in our Congress. When are we going to replace them? They are destroying our Republican Party and our country. That is totally unacceptable behavior, of the worst kind, and they should be thrown out of office.

Issa is directly and personally responsible for the budget problems that the US Postal Service is having and the drastic job losses for thousands of our teachers, firemen, and police around the country. Issa will sacrifice anyone in order to keep taxes for the wealthiest Americans at the lowest levels in at least 60 years. He has no concern that the annual middle class income for families have dropped $50K from 2007 – 2010 or that poverty has risen to 25%. Issa has been actively and eagerly playing the role of the U.S. political public service and program destruction “King ” for years now. Check his record and his votes for the facts.

I think Issa is now the wealthiest member serving in Congress today and his recorded votes prove where his loyalties lie…to himself and his wealthy corporate campaign donors….not to the working people of California or the United States. Being wealthy is OK….being sneaky and corrupt is not OK.

How he’s stayed in office all these years should be categorized as the “11th Wonder of the World”. Yes, a “waste of flesh”, is probably a good way to describe Issa and most of the other members, of my Republican Party, who are now serving in Washington. Shameful!!
