The LAW is the LAW and Florida is either in violation of it or it is not. If they are altering voter lists less than 90 days before an election, then they are clearly in violation of the law.

That’s all there is to it and the rest is so much eyewash!

Maybe they didn’t trust the justice department to take illegal voters off the rolls – Texas voted to make sure all voters ARE legally able to do so as we don’t want illegals voting and changing the outcome. Very smart thing to do. One thing to give ELIGIBLE VOTERS (note eligible) and give those same rights to ILLEGAL VOTERS -

Why not take an electronic photo for anyone not presenting a photo ID. The photo and signature would be associate and placed on the internet where they could be used to document fraud!

..sure are a bunch of losers here…..wouldn’t recognize a political gambit if it hit them in the mouth!
Holder is simply another in a string of poor political choices made by the Potentate…oops…President. If the latter wants a couple of votes without jumping on AF1 to do his taxpayer paid campaigning, he might dump Holder, who is out there somewhere in lalaland.

Government is never 100% on anything Pesky.
Florida and all States have an obligation to make sure their voting rolls are accurate.
Florida knows right now that the rolls have people on them that shouldn’t be voting.
According to your faux logic they can’t and never will be able to purge the rolls.
That’s la la liberal silly stuff.

The problem with the purge is that it is not verifying that the names are truly ineligible to vote – they are finding legitimate, legal, US CItizens on the lists. Because they cannot prove to 100% certainty that the names are ALL Ineligible to vote, the purge must stop.

What Florida is doing NEEDS to be done….what the DOJ is doing is merely another waste of taxpayer money by this waste of an administration!
