reiterating: For all the Obamabashers:
The people that oppose the law are ones that don’t want to pay for health insurance. They want to continue to get a free ride on the backs of taxpayers and people with insurance.
Everyone in this country already has a defacto health insurance policy…because emergency rooms can not refuse care. This law will actually bring the total cost of health care DOWN…because those without health insurance currently will be able to get preventive care BEFORE they end up in an expensive emergency room.

The NYTimes in 2007 reported about Justice Roberts after his epileptic seizure:

“The decision will involve weighing the risk of more seizures against the risk of side effects from the drugs. Major seizures can be a frightening and traumatic experience for patients and family members. Patients are advised to avoid heights and not to swim alone, and many states bar them from driving until they can provide evidence that the disease is under control.

But the drugs can have troubling side effects, including drowsiness or insomnia, weight loss or weight gain, rashes, irritability, mental slowing and forgetfulness. Many patients can be treated with minimal side effects, doctors say, but it may take trial and error to find the right drug.

The chief justice was released yesterday from Penobscot Bay Medical Center in Rockport, Me., one day after being rushed there from his summer home because of the seizure.”

‘Roberts bungled the oath of office by misplacing the word “faithfully”
He also bungled his decision. Perhaps the NYT was right in his medicine messing up his brain.

If “esteem” was the sole measure of value within the federal government, the only branch we would have left is the military. In the political gamesmanship played by the Obama team, Roberts blinked and America was left holding the bag. Robert’s ruling leaves us with a mandate that is not a mandate but is a mandate because of the taxing authority he believes can be used to force Americans to do something. That leaves us with nothing more than the hope that whatever party hs control of Washington uses this new power properly and we all know that won’t happen.

People are not realizing what Roberts did – he gave a green light to congress to “tax” middle class on everything and every way – to get 15 trillions of national debt.

Obama’s criticism of the courts on the house floor must have intimidated Roberts enough to cowtown to his new high 5-ing radical buddy.
