He said that women cannot sue their employer (corporation) if they find out that they are making less than a man in the same job negating the President's bill on equal pay for women. See... corporations are already getting something back for their donations to Walker...now they cannot be sued according to Walker...what a perk and well worth the money donated to his campaign. Thomas Jefferson feared that one party would become so powerful that they would control the country....sadly his fears are coming true.
