Maybe we need to go back to the Supreme Court so Judge Roberts will define not only to this Administration but to the American people , what he, Roberts ment when he firmly asserted that this convoluted Law is a Tax .

The SC says that if it’s not a tax then it’s unconstitutional. So by calling it a penalty, Obama is saying that it’s unconstitutional and we don’t have to pay it.

Except that Obama has done more for our safety than the last 2 Presidents. 8 years of Clinton and he did not get Bin Laden, 8 years of Bush and he did not get him either.
3.5 years of Obama and he got Bin Laden, did what Reagan could not, Get Kadafi (remember the Lockbie plane BOMBING)

He will solve this economic crisis if given the time, can he correct in 3.5 years what was done in 8 by Bush. NO but in 8 yes

Stephen Moore, Senior Economics Writer with the Wall Street Journal said that nearly 75% of Obamacare costs will fall on the backs of those Americans making less than $120,000 a year.

So noooo it’s just a penalty / cost / tax / fee / investment / payment on average Americans.

The judges aren’t clueless..they enjoy about the same fine health benefits as the prez & members of congress. If they choose to share a little good will who can blame them? Certainly not the smiling already bloated insurance companies, but hey, according to the Supremes “What’s good for General Bullmoose is good for the USA!”
THE ROBERTS COURT HAS VOTED IN FAVOR OF BIG BUSINESS & BIG MONEY 100% of the time,
now is that non-partisan or what?

Yes the only hope for sane Health Care Reform that works is to vote Repub or conservative Demo in November. Responsible Independents have now been backed into a corner with no way out due to the 5 Clueless Judges who don’t understand limited government.

If the ruling had gone the other way then the Bama Damage would have been mitigated and there would still be an opening to vote for him.
