I'm also amazed by how the polls always show a significant gap in undecided opinions but the people who oppose the ACA always assume if you aren't for it you're against it. However, my greater concern is when a judge uses political calculus to render a decision instead of the Constitution. Many people consider themselves so gifted with insight and intellect that they lose sight of the fact that human beings have flaws that render them imperfect. Using the standard of the Constitution reduces the chance that whatever is chichi will remain a wise choice 20 or 50 years in the future. Roberts may live to learn that.
