"I’m always amazed at how many commenters have more knowledge about Constitutional Law than the Supreme Court. " - Amazed

Me too.
We obviously need better Supreme Court Justices.

Everyone's trying to figure out how John Roberts could possibly be so confused as to render his Health Care decision. Was he on medication? Did he feel Liberal White House Pressure?
But what's the excuse for The Fiduciary Fab Four which voted with him?

I'm always amazed at how many commenters have more knowledge about Constitutional Law than the Supreme Court. I'm also amazed by how the polls always show a significant gap in undecided opinions but the people who oppose the ACA always assume if you aren't for it you're against it.

Perplexed - Do you have proof of your claims of bias in ABC News polls? Or are you just practicing Truthiness?

It really depends on what poll you look at regarding obamacare. abc polls rely on a methodology that undercounts republicans and overestimates democrats so their results usually conincide with the democrats position. However, my greater concern is when a judge uses political calculus to render a decision instead of the Constitution. Many people consider themselves so gifted with insight and intellect that they lose sight of the fact that human beings have flaws that render them imperfect. Using the standard of the Constitution reduces the chance that whatever is chichi will remain a wise choice 20 or 50 years in the future. Roberts may live to learn that.
