The Obamas often lament that their date-night tradition has petered out somewhat since Barack took office, but the president and first lady seem to have found a way to make public appearances into romantic evenings nonetheless.

The couple ere spotted cuddling and even on the kiss cam at the USA-Brazil men's basketball exhibition game in Washington, D.C., Monday night.

Barack and Michelle got a chance to greet practicing members of the women's team before watching the men play. The president, an avid basketball fan, was cheered by the teams and crowd when he arrived. In the second quarter, however, the tide turned and Obama received a round of boos from the crowd for not kissing the first lady when the pair were put on the kiss cam.

They weer given another chance in the fourth quarter, and this time didn't disappoint their fans: the two smooched on the kiss cam to the delight of the entire Verizon Center.

The Obamas were joined courtside Monday night by Vice President Joe Biden and teenage granddaughter Naomi.
