How typical of the Morales government to send documentation with severe TECHNICAL problems. After all, almost everyone in the government has hardly passed high school and almost everyone haven’t assisted to University.

If Bolivia had filed a proper request with the proper terminology and the proof to back it up, then there would be reason to complain. However, the story states that they did not, so do not go saying this is all on Obama and that HE [through the DOJ] are letting this guy off. Bolivia is using their own ineptitudes as a way to blast the US. No one is questioning HOW this man got into the US in the FIRST place – DURING THE BUSH YEARS!

I Googled myself and found out this family has been to the top of government, in Peru. The saga of Evo Morales is far more inspiring, he being a GRASSROOTS success. See the one, “Cocalero”
, about him. That’s right. And, they have morals, so, presidents get only two terms. We applaud the victories of indigenous people. He should not leave the world stage without telling it like it is to the USA. That’s not a soapbox he can have for long, and although I followd the story, I bet many readers have let Evo go unnoticed these seven years, if you have a shred of honesty left. Admit it: El Presidente picks cocaine! I mean coca, how silly.
