I’ve been saying all along that Mitt Romney is like the Phantom Of The Opera. He is able to lure Christine in with dulcet tones and promises of protection and, well, lies basically, until she rips off his mask to reveal a leering, grinning, malevolent monster underneath. We unmasked the monster or the alien or whatever your own analogy just in time. Mitt Romney and his Republican Taliban overlords are dangerous for America and other living things. ONCE YOU GO BARACK, YOU CAN’T GO BACK. FORWARD!

Mr. Sullivan is correct and is stating the obvious. The strange thing is how so many people are not seeing what is obvious about Mr. Romney. Honestly, I dont understand how anybody believes anything Mr. Romney says anymore. He reinvents himself each time he speaks depending on the audience, which makes him look as though he is unprincipled, shallow. I’m a conservative who has always voted Republican in the past, but Mr. Romney lost my vote.

So why do people have an issue with someone who steps up to the plate and does what is required? Romney was facing an opponent and did so very well. At least he didn’t apologize for being there and being an American with American values. That is what Americans do, step up and get the job done; not apologize for who we are and what we believe in. Excusing radical psychopaths as “religious” is inexcusable; no different than condoning human sacrifice as a religious practice. Pull your head out people! In fact, most Americans are. Romney isn’t perfect; but at least he doesn’t come across as a ‘reverse-discrimination’ racist with EXTREMELY questionable ties to the self-proclaimed enemies of the American Constitution, Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.

Sullivan is upset because Romney is not the boogeyman that the Democrats had framed him as in the campaigns all year long.

Given the opportunity to go man-a-mano with Obama, the American people could see Obama’s campaign being flushed down the toilet.

Obama should fire his campaign managers for putting him in such a position of risk as now his whole campaign is in jeopardy and he actually has to work for those votes at the last minute!

What we see now is the REAL Mit Romney that the American people are voting to be the next President of the United States!

i agree with this article. i too was looking for change and would have voted for ron paul. however, i cannot in good conscience vote for a man who has no core values that he is willing to stand by in the face of anyone who disagrees with him he has no backbone
