Joseph Crawford: Funny cause all I see is Republicans saying how they want to cut, cut, cut to get us out of the deficit (which your party created). Yet when the rubber meets the road, they aren’t so ready. Case in point Sequestration…If you recall the fine Republicans put a gun to their heads and said “If we can’t get this done, we’ll have automatic cuts!!!” They didn’t get it done, and now they are back tracking. Christie and Romney declare FEMA needs to be CUT!!! Privatize it…now here we are Christie playing photo OP with OBAMA to get Votes. Sorry you can’t set off an economic bomb then blame they guy picking up your mess that he isn’t going fast enough…the Hipocrasy of the GOP is what bothers me. Best case, they will help the rich and we’ll all supposedly be saved by big corporations….worse case they double talk…

You people need to remember that both Parties said PAUSE while we join forces to take care of AMERICANS but funny cause all I have seen is Democrats finding ways to spin all this to help win the elections. I knew there was a Reason I am a republican. Democrats will call a truce and then soon as your guard is down try to Stab you in the back. And MSNBC can go to hell for bashing Romney on his food and canned goods collections efforts at least he is trying to help what the fu@# have any of you news channels done besides tried to bash and destroy his efforts to fix America.

You’re right! I am glad FEMA, National Guard and everyone is pouring resources in to help everyone who has been devastated by this. Just remember the Christie’s and Romney’s of the world have stated they want to end all of this help and privatize it. I dunno about you, but power is still out in 75% of our town while we wait for the “Private” companies to react on their schedule. But the guard and others are saving people and handing out water etc…REMEMBER THAT.

As with everything, for Obama it is ALWAYS about Obama, since he is a solipsistic narcissist. Sandy just provided him another chance to pose, demagogue, and blow more hot air. Wow, a week ago Christie was being chastised by the liberals and democrats, being fat, abrasive and just wrong about everything, now that he said the words Thank you, everyone thinks he should be the leader. How come President Obama is going to New Jersey and not New York, maybe Blumberg or Como have to say thank you and they might get a visit, or a photo-up whatever comes first from the President. All still passable roads will be closed and efforts to restore power and a little bit of normality will be stopped so the President can have his day.
