Well you have a point about nothing being done to corporations, but it happens on both sides. Some of the biggest corporate donors are on the left (GE, JP Morgan, Apple, etc.). No one, democrats or republicans, have touched Corporate rates. At least Romney's plan includes changing the rate.

For good reasons, most of us have it ingrained on our brain that if it's run by the government, it's inefficient. But things like Medicare and the Post Office are run much more efficiently than their private counterparts. A system that may need to supply huge resources to the Gulf Coast one day, the Missouri River on another, Tornado Alley on another, San Francisco on another, a Hurricane Coast on another, etc. etc. can NOT be run efficiently by letting the individual states bear the problem.

I promise to vote Republican the very second they promise to close all the loopholes in the corporate tax code. But it will have to be someone other than Bain Boy....I'm sorry but that dude has flipped so many times his credibility is thinner than Trump's hair.

No, the federal government DOES NOT screw up everything it touches -some elected officials do. The mess we are in today was created by friends of Romney/Ryan. 'Seems logical we should turn it back over to them, since our current leadership prevented things from getting worse. Yeah. 'Makes perfect sense...

Furthermore, how could anyone know where Mr. Romney honestly stands on the issues? His message has changed several times and when pressed to clarify -he and his supporters use the b s shaker, or simply ignore questions.

Woah woah woah, once again you are speaking a different language. I am ALL FOR ending corporate wellfare. I think it is despicable. Simplify the code, close loopholes, and lower the rate. You will still get more in revenue at a 25% rate than what the feds get now. Again, I'm talking about small businesses. By the way, who was president for the last 3 years? Big corporate buddies of your guy, Obama, like GE's Immelt, pay the least in taxes. Obama is even worse than all those corporate pals in the republican party that you love to hate.

BOB.......30 major corporations paid no income taxes in the last three years while making $160 billion in profits. Another study found that 280 companies (all members of the fortune 500) paid only half of the required 35% corporate rate and 78 of those companies paid zero tax. It's corporate welfare Bob....and it's got to STOP!
