He couldn't care less about the 30+ million Americans who desparately need health care coverage. The last thing we need is a POTUS who ignores vast segments of the population in order to appeal to another segment. That's the politics of the 1950s which I remember very well. Romney has never been poor and can't relate to the basic struggles of survival that many Americans face daily. Making him our President would be a huge step backwards. Anyone who has studied economic history knows that depressions and deep recessions don't vanish in a couple of years. The Great Depression lasted over 10 years. When Romney calls Obama a failure for not bringing us completely out of the recession in 3 years, he's appealing to those who are ignorant and/or biased; especially given the fact that this recession is global. Romney is appealing to our worst sentiments and doesn't mind being dishonest in the process. Every word he speaks is a rehearsed talking point that all of his spokespeople are repeating . . not a candid or original statement from him or the entire bunch because they have no real solutions. Obama has proven that he can turn things around. Expecting him to work miracles is simply the unreasonable demands of those who didn't want to see a black president in the first place and never gave Obama a chance. The fact still remains that his place in history is aleady in cement so we may as well do what is right and give him our complete support for the sake of our nation's welfare instead of going backwards for the sake of revenge. The ultra religious right wing seems determined to change this country into a theocracy based on one religion. Jack Kennedy when he ran for the the presidency had to give a speech explaining he would not let the beliefs of his catholic religion and the pope effect the way he governed. That should hold true right now. All of these right-wing polls showing the race close will be proven to be wishful fabrications on election day. If you do real polling that includes people with cellphones, Independents, Libertarians, disenfranchized Republicans, pissed-off Ron Paul supporters, women, and "real" Christians (not these idiots that let their pastor tell them how to vote), it paints a picture of Romney losing by no less than 15%. He will be destroyed on election day.......I promise you! If you can't see the writing on the wall, you either live under a rock, are ignorant, or are a chump!
