Bain capital never did a hostile take over. They were solicited by the failing businesses themselves in an effort to save the business, which Bain was able to do 80% of the time. Jonnie- perhaps you should actually read Romney's plan rather than continue the lies of the left about tax cuts for the rich. You would think that you would have learned that tactic after the Bush tax cuts. You know for a decade they called them tax cuts for the rich. Until it came time to renew them. Then, all of a sudden, they realized that it was actually tax cuts for EVERYONE. Romney has proposed reducing taxes across the board by 20% thats a 20% reduction for rich and poor alike and everyone in between. Then, so revenues wouldnt go down, he has proposed eliminating or reducing many exemptions and write offs and doing a means test for them. In other words, if you are rich you lose more deductions than if you're not. You all really need to deal with the real world and do some of your own homework. You are woefully ill informed.
